The technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He provided excellent customer service and seemed to do a thorough job. This review is in no way a reflection of the service that he provided us. If rating the technician alone, he would receive the highest rating.
Your product, however, was just not effective against pet stains and odors even with the additional topical treatment. The smell is still evident when you walk into the room. We anticipated that small traces would remain that the dog could smell, but expected that the overall smell of the rooms would improve.
Low chemicals and residue. The carpets are so much cleaner. My couch and love seat look brand new!
Technicians always seem friendly and knowledgeable. My recent service was done in less than an hour and the results were wonderful.
I have used ZeroRez to refinish my hardwood floors, strip and reseal my tile floors, and of course clean my carpets each year.

I don't know why but I was under the impression that you moved furniture to clean all areas. Had I known you didn't I would have tried to move more.
