John was fantastic and he was on time! He was very detailed oriented and talk to me about several trouble spots and what to do. Fantastic service from booking to the finish line. Love that there’s no soap or detergent left in my carpet and they will stay clean or longer!

Zerorez is awesome. The only carpet company I use. Carpets are very clean, no residue so they aren’t “crunchy “, and look like new. Employees are always kind, professional, well mannered and thoughtful. They really are experts. Trevor was exceptional.
