Very professional and area rug came out clean.

Quality products and professional service
John was the technician who came to my home. He was not only professional but personable as well. He explained everything to me and what all he was going to do. He left me all my options. And it was for me to determine what would be done. I had had another technician from this company about two or three years ago and was incredibly disappointed. Let me just say that John has turned my head around and redeemed Zerorez in my book. He is definitely an asset to their company. I look forward to using them again. My carpets are soft as the day they were put in!
The stain I had them come out and clean looks the same. The stain didnt come out and it was $300. Not worth the money.

My first experience with Zerorez was excellent. I was worried that the tech that came to my house had not completed all of the steps that it takes to get my carpets clean. Not only was that thought erased from my head entirely, he was fast and actually removed stains that have been in my carpet that no one else had been able to remove. I will always use Zerorez and will tell all of my family and friends about your company.
Weâve used Zerorez several times due to our puppy who has had some issues. They do an amazing job cleaning the carpets and our rooms feel new after. Every technician who has been to our house is professional and friendly. Couldnât recommend Zerorez more!!
Professionalism of the entire experience. Customer service was outstanding.
My dog had urinated on my carpet in multiple locations⊠But primarily in one spot. The technician CJ did an outstanding job getting the urine out of the carpet. With the technology that Zerorez has, I could actually see the urine coming out of the carpet through the clear nozzle. And it was truly remarkable. And thankfully the horrible odor went with it.

Quality and efficiency and reasonable
The tech did a great job. What I did not like was that I wanted him to clean off several small throw rugs that would have taken 30 seconds and he wanted over $40, then $20, then free. By that time I had already hosed them down. Always give your customer more than they expect.

Carpets were not steam cleaned. Your machine cleans with cold water and my carpets looked the same after they were supposedly cleaned. It took all day and all with fans all over for carpets to dry. Iâve used zerorez for ten years and this was a horrible service

The carpet did not come clean in one room and looked worse than before it was cleaned. When I called to get it fixed the person first told me I just need to replace my 2 year old carpet. Then after several weeks and emails (where they tried to say my carpet was stained and I demanded he send me where that was notatedâŠit wasnât) they agreed to come out and re-service the room. The appointment was set up for Monday 8-10. I finally called at 10:30 and was told sorry that person wasnât working today. I was then rescheduled for two days later from 8-10. I called in the morning to makes sure I was on the schedule since this was the second day I had to rearrange my work schedule. They assured me I was. Then at 10 after not hearing from the technician I called again (the lady was super friendly and apologetic) she assured me that he would be coming within the hour. The technician worked quickly and that was fine. To answer the question though no I wouldnât recommend this company.
