We were thrilled with the way our very dirty older carpet looked after Ibis finished cleaning them. This is our first time with Zero Rez and have never had a better job. We will be calling them back.
I love that Zerorez leaves the carpet clean and without residue! Technicians are always very professional and courteous.

Michael Hunt was ABSOLUTELY amazing! We have never used any type of carpet cleaning before but he walked us through what he was doing the whole time. My small daughter asked him a million questions and he was so kind and friendly to her. He never acted annoyed but acted like she was special. My carpets smell amazing and they feel fresh. We have decided to do this each year because of how wonderful they feel. I will recommend Michael Hunt again to anyone that uses your company. He was professional, hard working, and thorough. He made the whole process easy.
The carpets look streaked which makes me question the effectiveness of the cleaning. BUT worse than that was the carpet cleaner said the final bill was $150.00 and when questioned to see the invoice changed his story to the total being $111.00. Then, he joked he wouldn't be "getting a tip."
Really, his behavior was bullying and intimidating. It's frustrating men feel it's so easy to take advantage of single women.
I'll be sure to let my friends know and the Christian radio station (94.9 KLTY) in which I heard your advertisement.

Easy to schedule (and reschedule when needed!); very friendly and efficient staff; most importantly our carpets are clean, even the a few very difficult stained areas. This is our third time using Zerorez. We're a committed customer who will only be using this service in the future.

Tristan did an excellent job. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. We could not be more happier with the service provided. We have other rooms to get done on a later date and if we could have Tristan back to do these room would be great.

You offered 3 rooms for $99. But to treat a few pet stains that price increased by over 3x minimum. And it did not completely treat one of the stains. I will try someone else next time and not recommend you. Sorry.

When you say your going to “Clean” the carpets, then do that. Don’t try to BS the customer into trying to upsell something that have you here to do. I had to still steam clean areas that I paid you all to do. I told the gentleman the areas that were a concern, instead of making 1 pass over it, he should have made more over the areas to make sure. I would recommend you do what you have been paid to do.

The price I was quoted on the phone was not what I was charged. My husband was the person who paid, and he did not know what the original quote was. Please refund the difference. I was quoted 248.00 before tax. My husband paid 370.00. That is a huge difference from what I was quoted. I will not use your company again for anything unless I get a refund. I will also let people know of the bad experience that we had. I have used your company several times in the past so you will be losing a regular customer.
The technician was enthusiastic about cleaning our carpets and diligent with the particularly dirty areas. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the carpets when finished.
