The service is chemical free. Tyree is professional, timely, and doess an excellent job. He explains the process clearly and focuses on customer service. My 10-year old carpets look new.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the fact that Zerorez uses no chemicals and is safe for my family and pets and their work is guaranteed! They got out some stains in my Master Bedroom that I was told by other carpet cleaning companies that it just wouldn't come out and Zerorez took the stains out the first time we ever used them! We love Zerorez and will continue to use them from this point on.

They got black ink out of my carpet and it took them very little time. The black ink had been tracked by my dogs all over the bedroom. The carpet looks like new.

What could we do to improve?

I was very unimpressed with the customer service people when I called. I was put on hold for a considerable amount of time, then transferred to another person who put me on hold again. These were not difficult questions I was asking. Just everyday information. Then, they gave the technician the wrong address and he ended up near Mansfield which was 20 minutes away from my house. This delayed his arrival. The service from the technician who came to my house was very good, however, which was the redeeming quality.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I paid $427 for 3 rooms and 3 closets. The carpet looks like it was vacuumed with a regular household vacuum cleaner. I have already called and discussed this issue ... I am glad that Zerorez is going back a second time to fix the job. If the carpet is cleaned the right way the second time, I will be happy to recommend your services to friends.

Overall very good experience. Somewhat limited to what you could sign up for online. Technician was early (which was ok) but would have been good to call first as we were not quite ready. End result was good and tech was very friendly and informative.

Adios! Blackmon-Mooring. You can see that ZeroRez is noticeably cleaner as their tech runs the wand over the carpet. Our carpet is very light and 'clean' is very easy to quickly see!
Not near the water residue. Prompt, courteous, professional. The best.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You advertise superior carpet cleaning at a resonable price. However, to get carpets really clean, your prices are not a value. I saw nothing better than Stanley Steamer and they did more rooms for half your price. After the advertising hype, I expected something quite superior. I am dissappointed.
