Tech came in telling me that my living room was too big and he would have to charge me additional and there were spots that he might not be able to get them out. I told him that Zerorez had been out 3 times previously and had not charged me extra and had always been able to get out the normal dirt and stains. He had a very bad attitude and do not want him back in my house if I should decide to use Zerorez again in the future. (Darrell Walters, Tech)

Repeat customer. Usually, of the "big three" -- service, quality and price -- customers only get to choose two of the three. We're repeat customers because we've consistently gotten all three. No soap residue and excellent removal. Consistently courteous techs who don't pressure for more add-ons. Competitive prices.
Your Tech (Joe) was wonderful & it only took an hour to do the carpets - he even got OLD chocolate milk out of the carpet.
It removed a stain that other carpet cleaners only half way got out.

I have used Zerorez about a half dozen times since I bought my house. I like how clean the carpet feels without a residue, I like how fast it drys after you are finish and for the most part your employees are superb! I have had only 2 employees that I will not have back in my house but the last one who did my carpet was excellent and made up for the problems I had with the last 2 before him. Thank you.
For one thing, your represtative was so prompt! Also, my old carpets didn't get as clean as I would have hoped, but it was remarkable what it did clean.

However, I thought I read that the technician would offer to clean tiles in a room, for free, to demonstrate an additional service you offer. I forgot to ask when he came.

In my experiances with Zerorez i feel that the job gets done right, and the techs have always been weal versed in their work. They have no problem helping someone understand recommendations they may make, If any, and leave it up to the customer to make an educated decision. I really appreciate the helpful, no sales pressure, approach.

Customer communication needs improvement. When carpet appearance cannot be improved by cleaning, technician should clearly explain before treatment. Technicians should listen more closely to customer issues.
You were going to up charge the initial price so much, I had to tell the service man to go without cleaning my carpets. The price should not TRIPLE to get what you thought you would get when the appointment was made. Yours did.

I was a little disappointed in the approach with regard to the scotch guard treatment - asking me to have it done after the cleaning of the carpets was complete. In hindsight, the $150 I paid for that treatment seems high. I would have preferred to have had this offered to me when I scheduled the cleaning and to have been told at that time what the cost was. Had I declined it at that time and then been offered it again on the date of the cleaning, that would have made sense.
