There is nothing that comes to mind that could be improved upon. I was very satisfied.
First the gentleman arrived and he was really nice but we got upstairs whereas I realized that my son had not moved everything off of his floor. One of the items was the television. The carpet guy just sought of stood there so I grabbed (as he was late about 45 minutes actually). I ended up with a broken tallus bone and now on crutches and in a boot for 10-12 weeks. I am not blaming him but I do feel he should have insisted and acted a little more enthusiastic in helping. The carpet in my opinion looks no different. Maybe cleaner but not visually different. The other thing is the oil stain left in my driveway. It took 3 phone calls to get that handled. It was cleaned to our satisfaction and Manager did call to let us know because of weather they would be delayed.
Removed all of the stains in my carpet, and completed the job quickly and with very little disruption to my family.
You were unable to clean one of my carpets.
This is the seconed time we used your services,I specifically requested Anthony as he impressed us the first time he cleaned our carpets. If all your people are as good as Anthony you will keep many new customers.

My only problem with you services, is that there are too many "extras". You should quote one price for everything, not more $$ for enzyme spray and such.
Both times that I used zerorez, the technicians I had were professional, friendly, courteous and very informative. My 12 year old carpet looks brand new after you all clean them. It is amazing to me to see my carpets transform from disgustingly dirty, to brand new. I love that you just use water too, and no chemicals. I highly recommend zerorez to anybody who wants to clean their carpet. I will use no other company again, because of my experiences with you all. I initially chose zerorez 2 years ago after seeing the incredible job they did on the carpets at my kids'school. You all are fantastic!
I really liked the friendliness of your staff but for the price my carpets did not get any cleaner than any other service I've used. I still have some stains that I was hoping would get removed but didn't
So far after 1 day 99% of my stains have not reappeared.
No residue, no harsh chemicals. The technician was a gem and I was very pleased with the whole process. I hadn't had my carpets professionally cleaned since I moved in 4 years ago. I wasn't very hopeful that they were worth saving but they look wonderful.

The carpet stains did not come out. One area of the carpet even seems to be dirtier than it was before you "cleaned" it.

This is the 2nd feedback I've been asked to complete and no one has bothered to address my first issues with Zerorez. Weeks ago your representative took an area rug and told us it would be cleaned, repaired and returned in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, we had to call and it took another 2 weeks to get our rug back. I'm very disappointed in Zerorez, in their initial performance (carpet cleaning, price quoting and final charging) and lack of follow up.
