The technician really understood what he was doing and had a lot of information. In addition, I appreciate that our carpets would not be "brand new." He explained that he could make our carpets look stain free, but in actuality, they would not. Although the carpets do look great, he did a great job level level setting our expectations. Great employee - we want him to come back in the future.

This visit, unlike the one from 2 years ago, left us with clean carpets. The technician, Joe, was exemplary and conducted himself extremely well. He took his time and made sure everything was satisfactory before departing.

I had my tile/grout cleaned & the grout sealed.It wasn't until after the sealant was sprayed that we were told not to walk on it until it was dry-at least 2 hours. My tile is not "level" in all places so the sealant pooled in areas. Now I have footprints from where the technician walked out of the house & places where the sealant pooled & then dried. Basically I had to get on my hands & knees to try to scrub the sealant off the tile because it looked horrible to see all the marks. Also the sealant was oversprayed onto some of my furniture. The tech also said he had something to put under the feet of the furniture to keep it from getting wet, but he didn't use it. So I also had to clean the "wood stains" from the furniture off of my tile. We won't even go into the lack of attention to everythin except the cushions on the sofa. It cost a fortune. Sorry. Can't recommend you for tile or upholstery cleaning.

THE PRODUCTS THAT WERE USED WERE VERY EFFECTIVE IN CLEANING MY CARPET. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT,TECHNICIAN CALLED SHORTLY BEFORE ARRIVAL AND WAS ON TIME. ZEROX WAS REFERRED TO ME BY MY SON AND i WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND ZEROX TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THANKS AGAIN FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

Zerorez works great everytime. They were able to get out a fruit syrup stain, that had been a whole bottle poured out on the carpet by our toddler. We couldn't believe it. We love Zerorez. In our mind they are THE one and only carpet cleaning cleaner for our home!

Environmentally friendly and they do a great job! Terrell was very professional and got the job done in a short period of time.

I think what I liked most is that it was very quick and clean. No mess to clean up on the tile next to the carpeted areas. No heavy odors to deal with. It dried very quickly even on a humid day. The only complaint I could have was not being able to tip the gentlement that came out... they certainly deserved it.

My appointment window was between 9 and 11 a.m.; my technician arrived at 1:30. I did receive a call at 9:30 informing me that my appointment would be nearer the 11 a.m. time. When I had heard nothing @ 11:30, I called and was informed the technician would be there in an hour. An hour later the technician called to say he would be there in an hour. I would not have been upset if I had been informed the evening before or even the morning of that my appointment needed to be rescheduled to later in the day. That would have allowed me to plan my day differently and shown more regard for my time. My theory about business is that all that you have to sell is service. If the service isn't good, it doesn't matter how good you are at what you do.

Escellent service by very qualified techs, both rick and seth(2007 tech) were very courteous, efficient, did great work. Product is great, no after smell, drys quickly so that furniture can be put back in place in a timely manner. will use again.

You charge way too much to remove what you call a small stain which is a natural body fluid. Also, when I asked the person to refill my container with "B Water," (which I bought the last time I had service), he brought it back in with a liquid that had a brown tint to it. He told me that it had been heated up in his truck. I told him that the previous person told me that if I heated the B Water to use it that I would need to discard it afterwards because it would not be any good afterwards. He told me that was not true. It would be helpful if your service people all had and dispensed the same and accurate information. After the B Water in my refilled container sat for a couple of days, the dirt in it settled to the bottom. I am very disappointed in having received a jug of dirty water when I was told I could have my container refilled with B Water whenever I had additional service or when I bring it to your office. I have no idea if the special properties of the water remain in the water after it is heated or not or if it ever even had any "special properties." I do not trust you because of the way I have been treated.

Great service and CLEAN carpets.

Your truck left two big stains in the street right in front of our house. Almost looks like it was leaking transmission fluid or something. One spot is about three feet in diameter right in front of our entry sidewalk. The other looks like an exhaust burn mark about a foot in diameter. Our carpets look great, but now the street out in front of our house looks trashy.I assumed it would wash away with all of the rain over the past two days, but it's still out there.

Joe, our cleaner, was very pleasant and friendly. His advice regarding the pet treatment seemed very genuine and he laid out the pros and cons (not many cons) about the treatment but wasn't pushy. Having a dog, a cat, and hosting many playdates, our carpets were filthy. The results were amazing. I can't believe how clean it got. We moved everything out of the room and truthfully...I don't want to move anything back. I'm still loving and amazed by the clean look.

The carpets came cleaner than I thought and drying time was fastest we've ever experienced. We were impressesd with the bumpers the technician put on all furniture and wall corners the hose would go around. There was also no water leaked on the wood floors in the other rooms like other companies. Therefore, there was nothing for us to clean up after the technician left.

Wasn't quite as advertised. No sheen to the carpet; still have dirty looking places in high traffic areas. Slightly better than using my home steamer.

Spots dikd not come out in master bedroom whereit needed to be cleaned the most!

Mike was able to remove some serious stains, so your products must be the best!
