no soap fast drying time carpets are clean
It was fast, thorough, and every bit as effective in cleaning my VERY dirty carpets as advertised. Very pleased. The person who did my carpets was also very professional and took pride in his work.
The online area rug was not specific, when the technician arrived he stated the rug would need to be taken in and the charge would be much higher. It is not an expensive rug and does not require anything but the normal clean. I was very pleased with the service, result and will be a repeat customer.
I was told that cleaning around the edges of the room or basically the outside edges of carpet would be an additional charge and require more time allotted - it was called filtration lines- These so called filtration lines are 1 to 1 1/2 inches from the baseboards and to me that is unacceptable. When I arrange to get my carpets cleaned I expect all of it to be cleaned. There should be a tool specifically for that purpose if it's really needed. Maybe when you tell someone you have a 3 room special price it should have a disclaimer stating that it doesn't include the edges & you only clean around furniture.
I like the fact that there is no detergent in the cleaning process. The results were excellent even though our carpet was badly soiled. My expectation is that the carpet will remain clean longer, since detergenet residue starts to attract dirt once the carpet has been cleaned. The technician doing the cleaning was prompt, intelligent and easy to work with. He was honest about what to expect from the cleaning, but the results were better than I expected.
So far, the stains have remained gone. The technician was professional, however, your pricing seemed a little high. I paid an extra $90 just for a stairway, which seemed excessive.

the products did not aggrevate my allergies and did not leave behind any strange odors. even after a week none of the old pet spots have come back. we had another company come clean our carpets and after 2 or 3 days the hard spots came back.

Powerful equipment; highly trained service professionals work hard and fast; finished results leave no residue for a true clean. Overiding those benefits, however, and of significance to anyone who has the persistent ordor of pet urine in their homes, is the proprietary urine breakdown formula Zerorez offers to its customers. I believe the application of this formula releases certain enzymes that breakdown the urine within a day or two. Although the urine odor was somewhat less just after Zerorez left, by the next day and after the carpet had dried, the smell was completely gone, as if it never were. Zerorez, in the way, is like magic!
your people are very friendly and the price is fair
I love that there are no harsh chemicals, yet the carpet gets very clean. Our service guy Mike was great too.
My rug was taken for cleaning, I was told it takes 3 - 4 weeks, on week 5 I had to call in to get status. It was delivered the next day, but threads are loose and torn all over. I called in and complained, I was told they will get back with since they have to talk to the compny that cleaned it. This day is day 4 and have not herd back.
