I thought the carpet throughout the house looked very good. There are a couple of small stains that could stand additional work but for the most part I'm satisfied. The serviceman seemed anxious to please and did the cleaning in a timely manner. I will definately use your service in the future.

Techs are always friendly and the carpets come out clean. Actually clean, not just look clean for a little while.

I loved the way the technician, Juan, explained everything to me. He showed me what the pet stains looked like, tested the area and even got down on his hands and knees to sniff the area!! My (at least) 10 year old rugs look new again, clean and soft. My husband even took a nap on the floor the next day , it smelled so fresh-not like dog... I truly am a raving fan and will have them return for the upstairs portion of my house soon!!

No residue left in carpet when you clean and you care about what kind of service you provide.

upsold entire time and then the product Zerorez put on the carpet retained dirt and stains. Zerorez refused to address the problem because it had been 59 days instead of under 30 days when complaint was made.

I was very pleased with the results of cleaning my carpets and recliner.

I was given a 2 hour window to expect my technician, but it was almost 3 hours. He said that the previous customer had alot more than they had indicated. I feel that they needed to re-schedule for the remainder of their work, not make the rest of the customers of the day wait.

Mr. Juan came in looked over the carpet and let me know how much it would cost. He immedietly set his gear up and began to work.
Juan had a very PROFESSIONAL attitude and did an outstanding Job .

Lack of soap residue left in carpet. Carpet is softer then before process began. Technicians are always courteous and mindful of our home and furnishings.

Carpets are made cleaner than with any other method that we have used and they stay clean longer since there is no soap scum residue. The cleaning agent we purchased for our use in follow-up spot cleaning also works better than anything we have ever used. Overall, these products and services are the best!

Tony was very professional, and very detailed. Looked at all areas to be cleaned to understand what types of stains were on the carpet. It was not a "quick" clean (wave the wand and leave), rather he took the time he needed.

I thought the final out come looked really good. The only thing I thought was the cost for the grout cleaning was a little high.

I feel you do a good job and the men that come work hard. I have always been pleased with your services. This time, I am left disappointed and angry. The total cost was $300 which I was told about in advance but did not expect. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past and not nearly at this cost. Why did he use the non guaranteed pet remover and not the stronger one in the first place ? After all the money and time spent, the stain is still there. I am not happy about this and may not call you again in the future. The worked worked hard but was not friendly and had a heavy accent. I was able to understand him after he repeated things to me 2-3 times. He was polite, professional. I don't know what else to say other than I do not feel good about the whole experience.

I had a room that had pet smell, and had an extra treatment added the first time, and then they came back and did it again and it still smells. The first tech who came out was very nice and explained everything, but I am still unhappy with the results of the one room.

The cost is a little steep. Being a single parent, just purchasing a home... I have heard good things about Zerorez and that is why I wanted Zerorez. Time will tell if it was worth the additional expense. :)
