First time I had Zerorez it was ok but they left the floor REALLY WET. However, I gave them another try and this time the work done was way more professional and thorough, he kept me informed of what he was doing and why, with some good suggestions too. Floor dried in just a couple of hours this time instead of days.

Friendly and hardworking carpet guy ....went out of his way to insure we were happy with the results and, boy , were we happy!

The two technicians did a great job stretching the carpet upstairs and in the closet. They also cleaned two recliners as well and had good results. I think the pricing was a little excessive, but as far as service, we're very pleased. I would say to any of my friends that you do a great job, but that you could probably get this done for a little less with other companies.

I sent an email Tuesday evening that I was unhappy with my experience with my carpet cleaning from Tuesday, June 21, and asked for a call back on my cell phone Phone number removed). I have not heard from anyone. I have several spots still remaining and at least two traffic areas that are still dirty. When I didn't receive a call yesterday, I called and left a message on the customer service line last evening. I actually thought when I received this survey that you were getting back to me. I am really disappointed. With all of the hype that I hear about Zeroez and their customer service, no one has bothered to contact me. The fact that the price changed after the technician got there because my den qualified as two areas has only added insult to injury that the job has not been done to my satisfaction. I had checked as best I could before the technician left but because the carpet was quite damp, I didn't want to walk on it. Jody Dean from KLUV gets oil paint out of his carpet, but Zeroez cannot get a wine stain out of mine. If you cannot complete the job to my satisfaction, then my only recourse is to ask for a refund.

I was looking forward to using this company after the radio ads I had heard and after reading reviews of good customer service. Unfortunately I was that was not my experience and I was highly disappointed. I called to schedule my appointment and was told Wednesday ( the next day) and someone would call back with a 3hr window for arrival. I did not receive a call at all that day. I called back the next morning and was told my appointment was somehow scheduled for Saturday but that they could come out that day between 1 and 4 and I would get a call 30min before someone arrives. I spent my day clearing my floors (while 9 months pregnant) and vacuuming. After not hearing anything by 3:30 I called just to make sure I was actually on the schedule and to see what was going on. I was put on hold 3 times, and transferred to 3 different people having to explain everything all three times, and then ultimately transferred to a voice machine. Someone should have at least had the courtesy to tell me what was going on. I finally get a call, but from a technician saying he was on his way. It's about 5pm at this point. Once he gets here, his handle doesn't work, and we have to schedule for the next day. The only good customer service I received with this company was from the technicians. They were polite and apologetic. I did not like or feel I deserved to be treated the way I was by the phone staff.

Sorry, for the late response. I recommend Zerorez all the time. My house smells fresher after the carpet cleaning. My carpets look and feel like new and stay that way with just normal vacumning for months afterward.

Environmentally friendly, personnel are professional and it works!

I have already recommended your service to my mother. I like the fact that the carpet dries quickly and that there is not a strong chemical odor. I also like that the residue is taken off site for disposal. The service technician was personable and polite and made sure I was satisfied with the work done.

We had several rooms including pantry and closets. The majority of the rooms were excellent and we are very pleased. The one bedroom which was the worst, appeared to be very well cleaned but as it dried, several of the large stains appeared to come back (still much lighter than they had been). We realize this room was a real challenge to clean but we are disappointed that the stains that disappeared while wet came back as they dried.

I like the way my home smells after the carpets have been cleaned! Also, the job was done quickly without any kind of cleanup unlike the others that have left water on my entry floors. Technician was pleasant and explained the process thoroughly. I was disappointed to hear advertisement of a $99.00 special on the radio the very next day though! Bad timing on my part.

My carpet is always looking new after it is services by Zerorez. Prices seemed to be highter than the last time, but it cleaned up nice so I will not complain.

My carpets look like they are brand new and they were in desperate need of cleaning. Plus your representative who clean my carpets was so professional and just the best...He was just great....give him a raise.

Very professional. The technicians don't have any tatoos, piercings, or foul language. All the techs that have come to our home seem to be professional and of good character. Also, my husband works sales for one of the largest environmental companies in the world, and he approves of the chemicals used for the safety of our pets and children and ourselves.

I find that each time you have cleaned our carpets, you have exceeded my expectations. The carpet is much less damp when you are finished that in past experiences with other companies.

You have always suceeded in getting out stubborn stains that I never dreamed would come out.

Each time I have used ZeroRez, the technician has been top notch. This time, my technician was Mike Laga and he was the absolute best I've seen! Customer service at it's finest and performed the most thorough cleaning I've ever had a carpet cleaning company do. His eye for detail would be difficult to match. Cudos to Mike Laga!

I bought a rental house with carpet from 1986. It was matted down, had paint spilled on it, and was sun fadded. Not to mention several mystery stains that made me queezy. Zero rez showed up on time, and worked quickly, and for a verry reasonable price. Now im not going to need to replace the carpet. Thank you.

Terrill was a very professional worker. I was told that my appointment time was between 1:30 and 4:30. He got here about 4:45. I still have a few spots that didn't come up. I have been having my carpets cleaned every year forever. This is the most money I have ever paid for this service.
