What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets looked better than they looked when we first moved into our house. Also, the fact that they dried so quickly was a plus since we have an inside dog.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Person who cleaned was too quick. Did not pay attention to detail. Did not close doors and clean behind them. Was not careful of hoses. Scuffed up some wood. Too bad we tipped him.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have two house dogs who had been doing their buisness on the carpet I had installed last summer.Zerorez got rid of the smell and now I have a dog gate to keep them off the carpet. I also had the tile in my house cleaned and sealed. Very happy with the results!The young man who came to my house was very friendly and very professional.

What I did not like about your service.......This is a complaint for in office.
When I called for the appointment, I asked for the price.
I wrote my check for the price that was quoted to me over the telephone. When your tech finished with the carpet cleaning job, he wrote out the statement, which was more then quoted to me. You failed to add the tax when you quoted the price to me. So there fore I used the cash I had here at the house for the tax part as I did not wish to write another check. In the future, would you please give me the full amount I will owe, or at lease make the statement " plus tax". I understand this is not the first time for this confusion.

This service was the result of a problem I had with a previous service you provided. I doubt I will ever use "Z" again; nor will I recommend you to anyone else.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We are seeing (now that the carpet is dry)some streaking (places that did not get clean). These are spots that show dirt (not oil or animal stains). We did call yesterday and left a message, but did not get a return call, and that is the main reason that we did not rate zerorez any higher. Please give us a call or send an e-mail where we can schedule something. Thank you so much.

OMG, my tile flooring and the grout seriously looked brand new. I would have never believed the grout would be white again...I need sunglasses to look at it ;-)...simply amazing. The carpet looked fabulous, too. The high traffic area and spill areas gone and beautiful. Our service man, Keith, was professional, courteous and thorough. A fabulous experience all around!

I especially like the fact that you DO stand behind your products.
You were very open to helping with the replacement of a defective unit with no questions asked. You stayed in touch with me throughout the process and the replacement product was installed and up and running before your technician left.
I have always found your techs to be polite, on-time, neat, and helpful.

My carpets look great. The drying time was minimal, and they don's feel sticky to the touch.

Zerorez technicians are extremely courteous and professional. Their work is excellent and I am always pleased with the quality and thoroughness of their work. Our technician Mike Laga has been great every time.

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked the friendliness of the service man, Joe. He was speedy and efficient.

On the negative side, the Pet Stain spray is way overpriced at $60 per room. It took Joe about 5 minutes to spend my $300, which doubled the cost of the service call.

In addition, 2 stains have come back since Joe the time Joe left. They appeared the next morning after the carpets were dry.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledgement of the technician. He explained to me how your service works and how it compares to other carpet cleaning companies. He was very patient with all my questions. He did a great job and my carpets are looking brand new!

We had our ac/heating duct work cleaned and units serviced, and our carpets cleaned. The carpets look and feel great. There were no lingering cleaning solution smells, or perfume used to mask odors. Great professional service from the corporate office and personable, hard-working technician.

What could we do to improve?

the serviceman who serviced us was very polite, and I think he worked very hard to make sure our carpets were as clean as possible. I was a little disappointed that your minimum charge to come to Kaufman county was almost twice as much as the special you advertised on the radio, which is what motivated me to call you to begin with. Also, I was disappointed to learn that the basic cleaning does not get out pet urine, and so the extra charge per room to use the spray that removes the urine was $60 per room. All in all, we paid much more than I was expecting to pay, and I hope that the extra money was worth it. Only time will tell.

I thought the carpet originally looked awesome but the tech did have to come back to treat 2 spots that appeared after it dried.

Our carpets are very clean and fresh. They gave me a time, the service technician called in advance on their way, arrived when he said he would, did their job and was gone.
