Carpets came out very clean. They are 15 years old, but still look great. Love that there is no soapy residue.
Your technician was prompt and very courteous. Tony knew what he was doing and got right to work. My husband asked about the tile and grout cleaning. He gave us a quote;it was very reasonable so we had him clean the entryway. Just like the commercials say...We are a raving fan!
I really like the method Zerorez uses in their cleaning carpet process. It leaves my carpet clean and does not have a build up of soaps and cleaning solutions. The techs are knowledgeable and on time as well as very professional. I feel fortunate to have found Zerorez.
Just a very good job, very professional
Our first thought was.... "wow! Why didn't we call sooner? The floors look amazing. They were grayed in large areas from oyr two large dogs laying on them. Now they ste almost new. The light colored carpet is so clean and fresh. Our home smells better too!
The cleaning was just adequate and underwhelming on a carpet only 3 years old. But the hoses were damp and left lying on our hardwood floors inside the front door. They bleached out the finish in the wood in stripes going toward the den (carpeted) and toward the bedrooms (also carpeted).
Need to make aware the additional costs of extra services.....
Special sound good until you do all the add ons...then it gets really expensive!
Extremely professional technician
I might have had expectations that were too high, but I did expect the carpet to look better, cleaner. The cost was higher than other carpet cleaning companies and I expected more for my money. Probably won't use zerorez again.
Carpet is really clean after service. I really like the easy on-line reservation process. The service is prompt and the price is very good
Cleaned carpet without chemicals and doesn't leave an odor. Softened the carpet.
House just smells fresh. The tech I had was so professional and worked really hard on our carpets. There were some stains that I thought would be impossible to get out but it looks amazing. My husband commented that the carpets had never looked this good! Great Job!
The carpet was not saturated with water but still felt very clean to the touch. It dried fast even on a very humid Texas day.
Seth Hughes was thorough, knowledgeable--just great.
Chemical free.
I like the fact that you do not use soap, just water with a high pH level. I am curious to see how my carpets will look after a month or so. It will be so nice to not have spots reoccurring. I can't wait to have Zerorez back to do the rest of my house, so it'll all look great!
No chemicals. The rep who visited last was very friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly has a passion for what he does. I was very impressed with him.
I think your service technician did an excellent job. He worked very hard, and my carpet is wonderfully clean. Best cleaning job I've ever had.
Had several spots that were gone after cleaning. Didn't take very long for floor to dry. Technician was there in time frame I was told and he even called first. After carpet dried, could tell by the feel when walking on it barefoot that it felt clean & sanitized.
I was not here while the cleaning was taking place, so I can't speculate the effort exerted by the individual. Our carpet was heavily soiled. It now has stripes where some areas were cleaned better than others. The animal stain was fresh and yet it did not come out and it was not guaranteed either. I was expecting better results. After listening to Jody Dean's comments on the radio about paint coming out of the carpet, I am greatly disappointed.
You were here a week ago yesterday, had to take my area rug in to the shop to clean. Technician told me should have back in about 3 days. It's now a week and a day later and I still don't have it back. You were supposed to call yesterday (6/25) to let me know if couldn't get to me and no phone call....nothing! I want my rug back, clean and dry, and think I should get a discount or something!
This is the second time I have used Zerorez. They clean my carpet the best of any cleaners that I have ever used. They make my carpet look like new. The technicians came in, were courteous, did their jobs and left. I am sold on them. I sing their praises to anyone that asks about carpet cleaning.
Best cleaning we have ever had
I like the way it cleans.
My appointment for Monday 06/20/2011 was cancelled 20 minutes before they were to be at my office. The appointment was rescheduled for Wednesday and the appointment was 5:30 to 6:00 and the tech did not arrive until 6:20 and never apologized for being late. He was very nice and very thorough. You need an after hours # where you can reach someone if the driver is late. I called the main # and left a message stating the driver was late and no one ever called be back. We have spots that are already showing back up.
The serviceman arrived 30 minutes after my window time. He went to wrong house first, then getting 2 rugs out the door to get cleaned took 50 minutes. In addition while backing his truck up 2 large bracches were ripped off of my Bradford Pear tree that was professionally pruned this spring. I am counting on getting very clean rugs back. Not sure if the price 500.00 for 2 rugs is a good deal after the headache of getting them sent off.
Simply the best
Good Job. the carpet looks new again.
No disappointment, I'm just not sure. The customer service was great. Something the technician said just made me think and question your product. Anthony told me that if I did not do the pet treatment, the rug would not be sanitary. So I am wondering if the rooms that did not need the pet treatment are sanitary or not. If the 200+ degree water DID make those rooms sanitary, why would the room with the pet accidents NOT be sanitary with just the water (and no pet treatment). If the hot water did NOT make the rooms sanitary, why did I pay $200+ for my carpets to be fluffed up? And what does "clean" mean? Does it mean "sanitary" or just "not dirty". I'm a little confused. If the hot water DOES make the carpet sanitary, I am disappointed that Anthony had me purchase the pet treatment and put my kids (with chemical sensitivities) and geriatric animals in possible danger. I know you say your product is "pet safe", but a lot of fertilizers and other products say that too and they are absolutely NOT safe. I am reserving my judgment on the service. The house smelled no different to my husband when he came home from his overseas trip and the stains are still there. The only difference that I can see, is that the carpets "look" better. I have no idea about their actual cleanliness or safety.

Honestly, if I had not had an amazing experience with your company 6 months ago, I would have assumed you have an inferior product and not that you are hiring inferior technicians. 6 months ago, your company came out and moved my couches around, black lighted, spot treated and thoroughly cleaned my ivory colored Berber carpeting. It took them about an hour to do the entire room. I had never seen it look so beautiful.
Thinking I wold get the same service, I called and asked for a special - I have only one room that is carpeted and it is JUST over 200 sq ft. Andrea quoted me a sanitizing, cleaning and protectant for $99.
This time, however, your technician moved ONE couch several inches back and cleaned only the traffic areas - never touched or attempted to move the smaller couch or recliner and certainly did not clean anything under the light furniture. I would have done it myself but I had a baby 5 weeks ago and can't move things heavier than my child in his car seat.
Even before he left, he told me that the stains still in the carpet were old and he couldn't do anything to get them out. He'd "already gone over them like 5 times already". Now that it's dry, I can clearly see where there is still dirt in my carpet. He finished up in 30 minutes and tried to tell me that protecting the carpet would only cause problems. Since your company has already managed to clean my carpet to my satisfaction, I know this is patently untrue.
I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received and probably will not have your company back in my home again even though you are the only one using this technology in the area.
