Our company was doing a furnace changeout and dropped mastic on the homeowners new carpet. Everyone I call said it would not come out so I called Zerorez and was told maybe and if ya'll could not get it out then there would be no charge. The mastic set on her carpet for 2 weeks, your tech went out and was very successful. Thank you for the service my customer and my company received from Zerorez. We will definitely recommend your company to everyone.

Have used the service twice. Both times my carpet was wet for several hours after the cleaning. Ironically, I just heard another radio commercial this morning bragging about the fact that Zerorez doesn't leave your home with the carpets still wet. I don't know how you can fix that other than stop advertising something that isn't true. I like that fact that your cleaning service is eco-friendly because, well, it's basically just water. I don't care. The carpets seems to be clean and there's no soapy residue, odor, etc. But there's got to be a better way to soak up the water. And I don't particularly want the zerorez guy hanging around my house for several hours waiting for fans to dry the place out.
No chemicals used in cleaning process. Service technicians are always very friendly, polite and professional.
Your technicions did a great job on my carpet and did not pressure me to have more done. The last time our carpet was cleaned by Zerorez the technicion was very high pressure.
I have three small children living with me and 8 grandchildren visiting. My carpet looked horrible before they got there and when they left it looked perfect. Not one stain left behind.

The technician got out a red stain of unknown origin. The carpet feels brand new and smells nice too. Very efficient, polite and little disruption to the household.

You equipment is not built to get up next to the base boards. The carpet is still nasty looking all around the edges of the room, lots of dark spots. It is s mess.
What I didn't like was the heavy, strong odor of the scotch-guard product that was sprayed on 2 of me rooms. It stayed around for hours and actually burned our eyes and throats. Won't have this done again.

make sure your clients get their receipts, which i still have not received by email, also, took way longer to dry, about 10-12 hrs, and living room still has pet odor. the rep that came was great though. kw
