Our carpet is pass the point of replacing but your technician made it look practically new. Have been waiting for the reappearance of old pet spots before emailing. No spots yet. Excellent job.

you are a rip off!!!! always out for the extra buck. the first guy, after about 10 minutes, he was escorted to the front door!!! the second guy wasn't as bad as the first, but I did end up paying 500.00 for my cleaning and that included the kitchen floor!!!! I will never use you again!!!!!! I used you because a friend said you were very good, and another friend had used you so i said why not!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After hearing the ads on the radio, I expected more time to be put into removing some spots I had been unable to remove. I specifically discussed that when I ordered the service and with the technicians. Sometimes spraying a stain or spot requires a little elbow grease. That did not happen. The carpet looks so much better, but I am disappointed with the stain removal process. I do believe this is still one of the best processes to clean and disinfect carpet. I really like the fact that the steam leaves little or no residue, depending on the pre-treatment and prior cleanings.

Stains did not completely remove. Technician informed of the stains, but I expect more of Zerorez. Not much different from any other carpter cleaner

My dogs love the carpet when he leaves, they prefer it to the couch and don't have any allergic reactions to the residue like they do when other carpet cleaner leave...i.e. the urge to drag...need I write more.
All stains popped back up in 2 days.
I liked the technician, he seemed very knowledgable. I also liked that he called before and showed at appointed time. He was also quick in the job being done and very willing to please, even though he had to come out a second time.
The dark grey spots came out in the office and the cat furrball spots came out in the dining room. The living was what we expected and had some damaged spots that could not be removed but at least it is clean now.

Zerorez is great at removing stains! Dries quickly. Personnel on time, polite and professional.
The tech was very professional and was even able to get here early, however I had 5 rooms cleaned within 45 minutes and even pointed out the high traffic area (ond area) and think this area was worse than when started. I in fact used a spot remover after the cleaning and the rag was very dirty. I understand normal wear and tear however did not even feel the carpet wax at lest clean after my observation.

Well i wasnt told all the info i needed, i didnt get my 100$ gift card. The carpet still looks bad and the Service was about 40 bucks higher than it should have been.

Came 2 hrs early before I could get home from work.
Had me pay but forgot to clean a room, I had to chase them down before a room was cleaned.
Cleaned carpet and didn't move a simple house plant but rather cleaned around it.
Overall I was very excited to finally use zeroez .. After using Stanley Steamer for years.. I was less than impressed with the service ..The cleaning appeared just ok and not clean .. We have high grade carpet that is less than 3 years old.. The tech said it was "worn" .. That's why it didn't appear clean..
My rating is not due to the service, I was very happy with the results of the cleaning services and how quickly the carpet had dried. My complaints are with the scheduling.
I called and made an appointment during my normal work hours. I had to use vacation to be available for the technicians. My scheduled appointment was for 4:00 PM. I received a phone call around noon the day off stating someone would be there in 30 minutes. I told them that I would not be able to make that as my appointment was at 4:00 and I had to attend meetings I rescheduled just to make the 4:00 PM appointment.
I was at my home at 3:45 and I finally called at 4:30 when no one showed up. I was told that the techs were held up and would be by shortly. I received a call from the office at 5:30 stating the techs would be by in an hour. The techs finally arrived at 7:00 PM, three hours after the scheduled time.
This would not have been a big deal had I not adjusted my schedule and used vacation hours to be at the house so they were not waiting on me. I hope this will be addressed for future clients.
Be more upfront about what results to expect. I would have appreciated an "I'm not too optimistic" about this upholstery at the opening of the discussion. Also don't imply that the "teflon" treatment was included in the quote and then add it on as a separate charge. Despite this, I very much appreciated our technician's cheerful manner. I'm hopeful the carpet spots will not fade back in has happened after other cleanings from other companies.
The level of technology that assures a clean result without the use of detergents
and harmful chemicals.
Also, Richard Pena worked hard in our dirtiest area to get the best results my
Wife and I have ever seen. She was quite pleased when she arrived home later.
