Better explanation of fees. My bill was almost 2 times what I expected.
Carpet was socking wet Called and you sent another tech and we paid another $70.00. Carpet looked fine when he left but in the morning it was a disaster. All kinds of stains all over the carpet. Company coming in from out of town and just had to live with the mess.
Stop trying to upsell the customer on extra services. It would be nice to actually pay the price quoted on the phone.
professional knowledge . My carpets looking amazing even though they are 15 years old.
Explain to the customer that the marks from pet stains that show under ultraviolet light will not go away after the carpet is cleaned.
Not happy with how carpet looked day after. When they left the carpet appeared to look good but it was wet. My husband and I both feel the carpet looks dirty. Feel like they rushed through.
Cesar and Luke were very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpet. I like the use of Alkaline water instead of chemicals. The difference was amazing and my daughter was very happy with the results. I will use them again.
Usally when our carpet is cleaned - when we come home it smells cleans- after you cleaned our carpets our whole house smelled dirty
I had my furniture cleaned and it is still dirty. I have called and was told that an appointment would be made for them to come back to clean it again. I have not heard from anyone yet. If the furniture is cleaned to my satisfaction, I will change my opinion.
The technicians were knowledgeable, nice, and hard working. They did a good job, and I didn't have any problems with them. I would use Zerorez again.
This time we had asked for something that might deter our dog from wetting the carpet and there was a $60 charge...It did not make a difference...so I wouldn't recommend this extra fee to my friends.
your advertisement was 3 rooms cleaned for $89.00. I had three rooms cleaned (tile) and spent $1200.00. It doesn't specifically say carpet. I was a little surprised when it came to that amount. But it does look better and hopefully will last for a while.
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Excellent product/cleaning method. Everything your ads say about your product is true. My carpets are so clean, the house smells like I washed the carpet in the washing machine. I am very happy and have told everyone about your company.
My appointment was scheduled between 1:30-4:00. Tech showed up at 5:20. Received call at 4:20 saying he would be there in 10-15 mins. Then a different tech called 30 mins later & said he'd be there in 20 mins.
Great service, the carpet is clean, and there is nothing left behind.
We were told we had to have the pet treatment for an additional $150 or we would still smell pet odors. So they did the treatment and it smell just as bad a before. I feel like it was a waste of money and thay your representative did a hard sale of your products and they did not work like he promised me they would.
Your service is great. My carpet looks great. Your technicians were polite and professional and explained everything as they were doing it.
It was a very fair price and the job was very well done. The technician, Randy Jones, was professional, careful and informative about the process. Randy did a great job! My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome. The carpets look like new.
The stains have been removed. I need to wait to see if they come back
1. Appointment handled quickly and efficiently at the outset.
2. Once our technician indicated he was on his way, he arrived within the alloted time
he said that he would.
3. Tim worked very hard to finish the appointment WITHIN the fastest time available.
4. Best of all...THE CARPET LOOKED FANTASTIC!! He did provide us with some additional
options (stain treatments, etc.) for us to consider. While we did NOT take advantage of
them THIS time, we very well may the next visit. Good info to know and he presented it
very well...no high pressure. I have been in sales and marketing for nearly 40 years and
in KNOW high pressure and have a negative reaction to it.
5. The pricing was what it was incidated it would be at the time of the appointement. We
understand that there may need to be some adjustments based upon the actual condition
of the carpet and the size of our rooms, but all was handled quite well and very much
appreciated!
You could answer questions when sent in. I have not received an answer to my question I sent in.
I also still see a lot of spots left behind that didn't come out.
no soap residue; spot treatment you leave behind; rinseable air filters
Cost is very high - as long as pet stain & smell stays away, it will be worth the cost. Joe was great - honest assessment, very thorough, wonderful to work with
The professionalism and results!
You advertised 4 rooms for $99 and wound up charging $241 by convincing Sarah that all the extras applied. Sarah is not completing this survey. I am the dissatisfied husband. had I been present at the start I would have rejected your service before you started. Classiv bait and switch technigue that Sarah let you get by with.
I was quoted $114 with no questions asked by your rep. When the serviceman arrived, his walk through bumped up the service to $354! Since my husband and I had completely prepared the 3 rooms & a hall by removing all furniture that needed to be moved, I agreed to have the service done since the house was already prepared. Additionally, a rug that was part of the media room (one level is nailed down carpet and one level is the same carpet professionally bound) was charged as a separate room since I had removed it from the media room to make cleaning it easier for the rep. Second, a stain in the hall that I pointed out 2 times did not come up and was not addressed at the time I signed off. A walk-through was NOT done - I suppose because the carpet was damp. I don't know. Consider me an UNHAPPY customer.
I was Fast-Talkingly Gypsy-type pressured (Actually almost like the typical Used Car Sales-Man Approach) to a thorough Spray pre-treatment and a Post Treatment of the carpet. This is in a 980 Sq. Ft. Condo. I never saw neither a Comprehensive Pre-Treatment Spray Down nor a Follow-up POST Treatment Spray Down as 1 of the 2 Technicians simply engaged me in a Talk about Religion for the entire time that the OTHER Technician Steam-Cleaned the carpet. I was argued with that the "Dining room" & "Living Room" (Adjacent to each other but not separated by doors or walls) would have to be considered 1 room & that "That 1 Room" exceeded the 200 Sq. Ft. Max for a "Room" (Total Inanity). I preliminarily asked about how long the process would take & was told that in certain cases of extreme high-traffic areas, pets, Kids & et cetera (We neither have Pets or Kids) that it could take up to 4 hours. The Technicians were in our place for less than an hour total including the protracted process of securing payment. My Wifey & I had very carefully & thoroughly prepared the Condo for cleaning by moving & stacking all furniture & the like in the kitchen, so the condo was "Wide Open" & easily accessible and the Technicians unencumbered. The Pre & Post Treatment Spray down Charge was $197.00USD on top of the $100.00USD Carpet Cleaning fee & the $50.00USD Separate Check we tendered for "Tips" to the technicians. I went back & Measured the Sq. Ft. of the areas Steam-Cleaned. That's a total of 464 Sq. Ft. of Carpeted accessible areas that were Steam-Cleaned. I followed up with calls to ZeroeZ and several eMails to the Customer Service Manager (Brad McKee) & had to chase the issue for almost an entire MONTHS TIME before I was lamely issued a Refund for the "Pre & Post" Carpet treatment Spray-Downs that never took place. Frankly??, I should have been refunded 100% of the entire amount with a VOUCHER for a Follow-up Steam-Cleaning also issued. I Called ZeroeZ because of the CONSERVATIVE Endorsements they retain by Glenn Beck, Chris Krok, J.D. Wells, & the whole HOST of other Advertisers on the radio that represent & endorse ZeroreZ...I expected a bit more professionalism & integrity......and it would take a 100% refund PLUS the voucher to show that the Company indeed would step up to take care of their customers properly with thorough repentance & throw the entire lot of 30 pieces of Silver back to the customer for the deal since it went horribly wrong.
I was given a quote of $250.00 on the phone. When the rep arrived and quoted the home he stated that I had an extremely large gameroom that would count as 2 rooms and stairs that they were unaware of and that my cost would be $460.00. Basically I paid $210.00 more dollars for 1 extra room and a set of stairs. Although our carpets were in pretty bad shape since we were just moving into a rent home I feel they were no cleaner than before we had the carpets cleaned. I do want to say that the sales rep was very nice and knowledgable about his product. I would have cancelled the cleaning due to the change in cost had it not been for the fact that we were moving into the property the next morning so I needed the carpets cleaned that day.
Loved it all. Price, worker, result

The technician was very thorough, courteous, and professional. I tried to tip him and he would not accept. Please recognize him for his work.
I think it was Keith? The work was done at 2514 Heather Hill Ct in Plano
