What do you like about our products and services?

The product, so far has done everything it's advertised to do. The service was very good, and the techs were here on time. They answered any questions I had, and very extremely polite. The job was completed in a very timely manner.

The only thing I forgot to ask, and they probably just forgot to tell me, is how do I get my $100.00 gift certificate for Fuller's Jewelery.

Customer service...the girl I talked to needs training. She took my request only because she had to. She kept saying I was set up for an appointment on Friday when the appointment was on Saturday. My telephone call to her was my first contact with Zerorez and a good telephone image is an important step to make the sale.

The service guy, Keith, was outstanding. He knew what he was doing, he was cautious and careful and gave me confidence in his abilities.

What could we do to improve?

I had the carpet in my home cleaned on May 5, 2012. At the time I also purchased a filter. The filter was delivered on 5/18/2012 to an inaccurate address. I had to meet the receiving party to retrieve my filter. It was one hour round trip Saturday May 19, 2012 plus mileage of 25 miles and I missed the opportunity to pick up the filter. Sunday May 20, 2012 I met the receivng party half the distance and finally had the ordered filter. I was not a happy customer. A credit it the initial cost would be much appreoate!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I rated you as a 5 to be neutral. First impressions are ever lasting ones. It is like a marriage. How often do we meet someone and on the first date we decide if we like that person or not? In this case, I cant say anything negative because nothing bad really happened. What did happend was:

I had someone come to my home, on time, and give an estimate. The person was nice, professional and assure me about the process of what they would do. I was told by the worker about getting an email of my estimate. I will not authorize any work without that estimate that way there is no dispute of what I will be paying. The idea is to prevent problems or issues.

I read about your BBB record. I understand you have 9 complaints in the last 3 years. I know this does not account for undocumented complaints. 2 in the last 12 months. When I called I wanted to give Zerorez an opportunity. I like the fact the company is fairly new compared to your other competitors. Sadly at this point, I still have not gotten an email with my estimate.

Here is my conclusion. Should I evaluate a company because they didnt provide an estimate? If a company cant give a simple email of an estimate what makes you think they can provide a good service? Does the failure of providing an estimate show the true work of a company?

These are questions I ask myself. I would still like for Zerorez to clean my carpet but not without my estimate. The overall idea is to assure of certain things function properly like they should. It serves two purposes. First it keeps companies like Zerorez out of trouble and minimizes any possible complaints. Second, it keeps the relationship honest and professional. It makes it a win win situation for everyone.

It would be helpful for the office person to talk about the pet treatment options before the carpet cleaners arrive. That way, you would have more time to decide and feel like like you were being "upsold" on something you didn't expect to need...

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Bait and switch!! I am furious that a quoted job of $188 turned into an $870 charge. I was not there during cleaning, and my husband evidently was told we needed extra stain removal on 4 areas (at 60 dollars each) and duct cleaning at 375 dollars. Our house is less than 10 years old, we change our filters regularly and have no issues with excessive dust on our vents. We have a 3 year old who spills stuff and a short hair cat- no pet stains and no carpet odor. I think this is regular wear and tear. I am just flabbergasted that your service people reccomendef these services in good conscience. My husband signed and should have known better. I sure wish I would have been there to stop this. I will be telling everyone I know to NOT use this service

Luke said he wasn't sure if he could get ourstsins out when he first looked at our carpets, however not only did he get the stains out the carrots looked brand new! Luke was very friendly and staight forward with what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Although Zerorez is more expensive than what we have paid other cleaners in the past, it was worth every bit.

Cleaning was good. The Guys that came out really seemed bothered when we asked them to clean under furniture that we voluntarily moved.
I was told that they would move anything under 50 lbs, so i wasnt asking for something extra.They seem a little lazy. For this alone, I might hesitate to refer.

To be more honest. Like usual, I was not told the exact total cost of cleaning till they showed up. I thought I could get 800 sf cleaned for $99, but after they arrived, I was told the real way its calculated. But, all in all, Im happy

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your man Luke did a pretty good job on my carpet, but left all my heavy furniture out in the middle of the parlor for me to move back. I'm almost 80 years old and not able to do that. That really irretated me. Your lady i talked to on the phone flatly said that was my problem and not yours. That not only irked me but none of the neighbors I talked to could believe you would do such a thing. Well, it's still where he left it. I'll get some friends over and they'll move it for me like you should have done.

got suckered for extra charges. promised that i would be shown when the extra product was used. i did not see any extra cleaner brought into the house and did get a chance to see any additional cleaner used. bottom line i feel ripped off by a fast talker that was done in ten minutes. with all that said still very poor job overall. did not find out till the receipt was emailed back to me that your work has no gauranty. over all you crew and company score a zero.
