How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The onsite staff is extremely personable and engaging, however follow-up after with corporate is very disappointing. Phone calls not returned and zero feedback regarding cleaning of my furniture which was cleaned and damaged without my approval. Disappointment is an understatement. My furniture was returned yesterday much improved but with still obvious stains from the unauthorized "plus one" cleaning it received. Even after my attempts to stop the technician while seeing VISIBLE ORANGE STREAKS met with his reassurance that all would dry clean and clear. I believe it was obviously contaminated fluid and he should have ceased immediately upon seeing the orange streaks appear.

What could we do to improve?

Last I had zero res clean my carpet thet tech did a great job, This time even foot stool in bedroom was not moved , he cleaned around chair end table etc. I had taken everything off end table and coffee table, but only cleaned after I ask thim to.(then I went back and moved end table and coffee table) In the bedroom only main walkway was cleaned. Was just interested in selling me more add ons. Not very happy. Sandra Vogt

What could we do to improve?

Be more honest about your prices, what I thought was going to be 89.00, for three rooms, did not include a trip fee which was not disclosed until time to pay the bill, and the tech. said he was going to get the dirt stains out of the carpet, but did not tell me that there was a $75.00 fee for that so I was a little shocked at my bill. With that said Luke did a very good job and I would have him back again, just next time I will be a bit more careful not to be taken advantage of.

There were a couple of spots that even after treated still can be seen.

I do like that I don't have to worry about letting my 8 mth old sit on the floor - carpet and hardwood.

I feel that the product and service is wonderful, but find it pretty expensive. I will recommend and share my experience, but will also inform as to the price.

What do you like about our products and services?

NO HARMFUL CHEMICALS AS WE HAVE A PET AND NO AFTER EFFECTS SMELL OF STALE WATER,NO DAMP CARPET, AND THE $60.00 TREATMENT SEEMED TO WORK AS STATED. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND HONESTY BY THE TECHNICIAN ! I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN A BUS. CARD TO OUR MANAGER ,TONYA ,YESTERDAY, AS I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ZEROREZ.

My technician was outstanding. He was personable as well as thorough; he asked me to check each room for anything he may have missed, and made corrections as appropriate. I was very pleased with the results and the service.

Our carpets were so wet the following day that our employees tracked dirt onto the clean carpets and we couldn't put our chair mats down for 2-3 days.

I was able to promptly schedule an appointment and the service technician was on time, fast, thorough, and dry friendly. My carpet and rugs dried very quickly and were obviously very clean.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I waited several days to respond to your letter. The reason for this is to not lash out. I don't like it when people fly off the handle. Two men came to my home. I wasn't there, my wife, Name removed, was. While they were there, she called me. She was in tears because of the condesending manner in which she was being dealt with. I knew that I was in for a bad time when I go home that day. It was I that kept suggesting we call you to come and clean our carpets. No more will I listen to Jody Dean! I would like to say that the carpets look good! That part is a job well done! The biggest problem was how your man treated Name removed. I continually kept telling her how our dogs were responsible for the damage. She had told him several times that we bought the house this way. Thats the truth. I don't feel that I need to answer that, but I will. It took a GREAT amount of work and effort for my wife and I to be able to buy this home a little over a year ago. And we owe this soley to Gods intervention in this troubled economy. We knew that the carpets were bad coming into this. I used our shampooer several times and it did improve things some. We felt we had saved up enough money to use your service. We have two rooms that we really wanted done. All your man did in those rooms was to keep showing Name removed all the dog and cat spots in those rooms. We do not use these rooms and they have doors that are always shut. Our pets have NEVER been in there. Your man continued to blame our dogs and he made sure to pick out our dachshund as the culprit. I hope his kids are potty trained as well as she is! I bring up those two rooms because they are the example of what was here when we moved in. That was the condition of all the carpets. I look at someone coming to my home, to do a service, as a guest. I invited you into my home and you called me a liar! I know that as humans, we have good days and bad days. I assume that this fellow was having a bad day. You must be a great employer to allow your people to bestow this nature on your customers! My boss would be sending me to HR if I tryed that. No, I don't want your man to be repremanded. To have a job today is a gift. Sooner or later he will come up against someone who will be a hot head and through him out on his ear. Then their next move will be to call you directly and ask for the manager. I hope that this explains why I will not recommend your service to anyone. No residue because I have allergies and have had problems with other services in the past. It dries very quickly. I also liked the office staff. It's easy to schedule and easy to reschedule if something comes up.

The product being used to clean the soiled and stained carpet is very different than the product used by other companies I have utilitzed before. This process has removed all the soil and stain from my carpet.

EVERYTHING !!!! We have a rental unit with white carpet (came with the house, not our choice). Another cleaning service had cleaned it previously, looked pretty good, in 3-4 days all the spots came back up. YUK. Well, we finally called y'all and guess what? Not only did the carpet look wonderful when your guys finished, none of the spots re-appeared. Your guys were terrific, friendly, efficient and very informative. I've told everyone I know about you and will continue to do so. Thanks so very much!!!!!
