The technician was very friendly and we were pleased with his service. My only complaint is that when setting up the appointment I specifically asked about the pricing per room, and other basic information. We had a couple of spots that needed to be removed. I would have appreciated being told UP FRONT, we charge $75 per stain so that my overall budgeting for the cleaning was not such a shock when it wound up being 4x's that amount.
No soapy water, the carpet dried REALLY fast, no after or during smell, quick and very professional!
We noticed that in one of the bedrooms, the carpet looks actually worse than before it was cleaned. We have a beige frisee carpet and, in that room, it now looks gray. It would be great if this could be fixed.
Professional service. Job well done !
Carpets look great and are soft after cleaning. They are not stiff from the soap like with other companies
they did a great job-i had extensive pet accident spots and they are now Gone! Very professional also
Amazing results! Our carpets look & feel so clean! All staff have been courteous, professional & have provided excellent customer service! Thanks ZeroRez.
Great job -- very pleased with the results.
It cleans exceptionally well and drys fast. The product lives up to the advertising statements. I will definitely use them again.
I was seriously thinking of getting new rugs asthey looked so dirty and worn. After ZeroRez they look brand new.
As with all carpet companies, I always feel like when the techs come out I feel that they try to up sell everything and the price always goes up
Mitchell was on schedule and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet and the tile. I will use them again.
The carpet looks and feels almost like new.
The way the carpet looks after the service ...the raked look. The heated water got up nearly all of my issues.
improve pet treatment - very expensive and didn't completely remove the odor
clean carpets + crew was absolutely delightful to work with
Better informed office help, who listen & understand the cleaning services required.
Service technicians who are seasoned & clearly demonstrate knowledge & experience to their client.
1 person is not enough to properly handle the hoses & equipment properly & safely.
You usually get everything out of the carpet. Only thing we've ever had a problem with was when the dog ate a magenta ink cartridge on the carpet - that is still there!! But not your fault. Always courteous.
I did this feedback once and I've sent 2 emails to the company. There is a "soapy" residue still in my carpet where the technhicial was trying to remove pet urine. I need that redone or "washed" or whatever. As it is, it is going to attract more dirt. Please contact me at Phone number removed
I scheduled this appointment and was given my time window on Tues. July 17 (8:30-11:00)for service on Thurs. July 19. The technician called on July 19 at 8:45 am and said he would be at my home in approx. 15 min. At 10:15, he had not arrived so I tried to call him back - call went to voice mail. I called Zerorez and asked about it. I was told my husband canceled the appt. (he had not - he was at work!). Then they said my daughter canceled the appt. - she doesn't even live in the same city and didn't know I was having my carpet cleaned!!! I made the appt and told the tech to come on!!! I still don't know how Zerorez got this email address as it was never given to you! Zerorez rescheduled the appt for the afternoon between 1:30 and 4:00. The supervisor who came out then told me I needed to have over $1,000. worth of pet treatment done to my carpet in addition to the $130. cleaning. When I told him I could not do this, he came down to $750., then $600. Then he asked me what I would be able to spend. I told him to just clean the carpet and not do the pet treatment. He said he couldn't do it - when those areas of the carpet got wet that the smell would be hazardous to my health. I told him to just spot treat the carpet in that room and clean around the foot traffic areas. He said I would have to sign papers saying I wouldn't come back and be unhappy with Zerorez. He then dropped the price to $375. I canceled the the appointment altogether on the spot!! This is one of the biggest bait & switch schemes I have ever seen!! I was under the impression that Zerorez was one of the most reputable cleaning businesses in the DFW area. Apparently this is not the case!!

I like the fact that no chemicals are used and no soap residue is left behind.
Great service, great product
no use of chemicals, easy to schedule, no hard sell from attendant
ZeroRez cleaned another dwelling for us last fall and we were very impressed. That carpet was extremely dirty and came remarkably clean. That experience led us to choose Zerorez to clean our home carpet last week. The tech in charge of cleaning our carpet did a spot check and told us that he would have to add a solution to remove old soap from the carpet in order to clean it effectively. This cost would be an additional $60 per room. We declined the additional $60/room to remove old soap because we feel Zerorez must expect some homeowners to have used other cleaning processes in the past and should expect that their techs might have to remove ground in dirt and soap. We feel this cost should have been rolled into the initial cost of cleaning the carpet. When we declined the extra charge I feel the tech lost a bit of interest in cleaning the carpet. The job was done very quickly. The tech did ask if I was satisfied and I did have him go over a few spots a second time. In truth, I think the tech would have done a better job if we had agreed to the extra cost to remove old soap. Maybe it was necessary to use the extra process to remove old soap, but it seems to me Zerorez should use the solution anyway in order to do a professional job correctly. I felt that your telephone rep should have mentioned additional cost for soap removal at the time I made the appointment so I could have decided on whether I wanted to spend the extra $60/room before scheduling the appointment. I think it is wrong to tack on additional charges to clean a carpet once you arrive on a job. After all, your business is to clean carpets. Customers should not be advised they would have to pay extra to have a job done right. I am not totally dissatisfied with the end result since my carpet is somewhat cleaner than before Zerorez arrived. However, I would have to think twice before using or recommending Zerorez again in the future.
The best our carpets have ever looked. Our carpet in our office, hall and master bedroom are 15+ years old and they look and feel new again. Also, stains that other cleaners were not able to remove are gone now. We are very happy and satisfied with the results.
Your carpet cleaning is very reasonable. Since no furniture was moved and paths only cleaned in 4 rooms, that only took a very short time of like approximately 25 mins. I had 6 diningroom chair pads cleaned and fabric protected along with the carpet protection. My total cost of $399.43 was very expensive.
I needed the chair pads done along with the diningroom carpet cleaned so was convinced that I was getting a "good deal" for what I was getting. If you break down the cost it seems very high to me.
I was charged $30. a chair pad and had 6 chairs.
There is a real problem with communication at Zerorez. The supervisor I spoke with said he would only charge $50 to come out and reclean the house - because of the scheduling problem that occurred last Friday (I was told they would come out between 4 and 6:30 - they called at 12:30 p.m., wanting to come earlier, refusing to come at the scheduled time). Yesterday, they charged my roommate Name removed full-price - plus $30 to vacuum one bedroom. When I called your office to tell them that our vacuum cleaner broke down - I asked if they could use their vacuum in that one room, the girl who answered the phone said, "I'm sure that won't be a problem." She never said anything about charging extra for vacuuming. These guys did a terrible job. The carpet does not smell fresh and clean like it did before. I vacuumed the den and the hall myself, so if anything - the carpet should smell better than it did the first time - since all the pet hair had been removed. The Zerorez should have cleaned deeper into the carpet. If you will refund the entire amount they charged to First name removed's credit card yesterday, we will give Zerorez another chance; if not, we will tell all our friends not to ever use your company.
Prices are a bit high.
They cleaned the carpet very quickly,
The carpet was still wet the next day.
We are selling our house and the stager
came over the day after the carpet was
cleaned only to tell us we needed to have
our carpets cleaned again because of
visiable spots. I am very unhappy.

Technicians were on time - the earliest of the time slot. Technicians were very professional, explained everything before starting, and did not try to oversell me on services or products - I really appreciated that as a breath of fresh air.
