The person that came to do the carpets was very professional and did a great job. However, when I scheduled the appointment it would of been nice to be made aware of the additional charges that would apply for using some extra cleaning agent to remove stains. Tom was very nice and did a good job on our carpet. What I like best is that there is no residue left.

Carpets still have stains on them. I understand some spots or stains may simply be of a substance they may not remove. But to be paid $300 and leave no explanation for remaining spots? Granted, I had to leave just as technician arrived, so there was not much opportunity for interaction. My daughter remained at the house but it was not her responsibility to post inspect. Again, perhaps if I had been available there would have been some feedback as to remaining stains/spots.

After getting the initial quote of $89 for the special you have and based on those figures it was a shock to find out that the cost was more like $1200 to do our entire home. I love the concept of zerorez and what you do, but this is just too expensive for us to afford. I really was expecting a figure closer to $700 and am just so very disappointed that we will not be able to use you. Also, we did have a "sample carpet" done and I was suprised to find it did not feel any different from the dirty carpet next to it when I was expecting a difference based on the comments made on the Well's Report program with David Wells who apparently had used your service before. It took over a week to get scheduled. Then the day they were to come out they forgot. Then no one called ahead of time to alert when they were coming. They just showed up when it was good for them. Workers were not very nice. Service was marginal.

Your marketing and advertising campaign is verrrrrry misleading. You advertised three rooms cleaned for $99. After the fine print and ad-ons, the price is closer to $175. And oh-by-the-way, if spot treatnebt is required that is a healthy extra. Your customers do not appreciate this type of misleading program unless you do not care about repeat customers.

Carpets are very clean and all the stains came right out, I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning portion. However I did not like that I had to write on a piece of paper right in front of the guy how he did. He did a good job, but after I was done writing down my comments, my son slipped on the hard wood floor and fell right on his side. He never told us that the floors would be wet and when my son fell he still did not mention anything about "be careful the floors are wet". Maybe that should've been told to us before he started so we would know to be careful, or maybe he should wipe up the wet floors when he's finished.

Chemical free cleaning. I didn't have to worry about my family or my dogs having issue from heavy chemical use. Your technicial was polite, hard working and went after providing excellence in his service.

The technician was extremely professional, listened to what I really needed, and created a package that resolved all of my cleaning issues. He was exceptional.

My carpet still is dirty stains and traffic areas it does not look any better in my living room. The tech was here less than 30 minutes to clean 3 rooms and stairs. Not happy at all. I feel like I just thru away 194.00

I like the carpet cleaning but the area rug (oriental) is waaaaay too expensive! Not only was the measurement wrong but it costs 3 times more than other reputable dealers even if you do throw in "freebies". Unfortunately, the experience has warped my perspective. Sorry.

You show up when you say you will, you do a good job, you are careful not to damage anything and there are no surprises such as no hidden charges, etc. I knew exactly what the job would cost before you came.

I called about 10 days before I wanted my carpets cleaned and ask for a morning appointment.
When I received a call 3 days prior to the date I was told someone would be at my house between 11:30 and 1;00.
This is not a morning appointment in my opinion and I told the caller I was not happy.
She checked but there was nothing she could do about it.
The result was when I had to leave to go to work at 3:30, your technician was not finished. Good thing I had my son there.
The other thing i did not like was the tech not being able to show me a ticket. He told me it would be emailed so I wrote a check for $1180. And there were errors on the bill when I received it via email.
Also the claim of a quick carpet dry is not accurate.
I understand the areas of extra pet treatment but the two rooms that were treated normally were not dry in 8 hours.
Someone can call me if you care to. $75.00/gallon for the pet enzyme cleaner is way too much, even

Did pretty much all as advertised.

Technician was well-trained and knowledgeable - arrived on time - very courteous - my carpet looks GREAT! I like that no soaps, etc. are used and I like the hot-water, extraction method of cleaning. This is my second time to use Zerorez and I'm completely sold on it. The cost is very reasonable and competitive.

I love that I don't see the same spots come up again a week after they leave, I love that my carpets are dry in a short period of time, love the service and the price!

I purchased 3 rooms for under $100 but when the technicians arrived they explained that because I had pet stains it would be $245 instead. I was on a tight time schedule because I had guests coming in town that weekend so I had to go ahead and do it even though it was more than double the cost that I expected. He said that the scheduler has a script they follow but if anyone had asked me if there were pet stains I would have said yes so that I could have gotten an accurate quote. That would have helped me determine whether or not to schedule service with you in the first place. I wish I had known before I scheduled the service because I would have gone elsewhere.

I've already spent the money so there is not much you can do unless you refund the extra $145 that I ended up paying.
