The technician was very helpful and friendly and truly wanted the carpet to be as perfect as it could be when he was finished. I had previously used another company and was not very satisfied with the results. I was very satisfied and surprised how much better your system made the carpet look.

The guy that came out and worked on my floor was so nice told me stap for step what he was going to do.. Nothing like this have ever happen to me before and he did a great time... The products he used was clean and i feel safe having my daughter in law and baby there cause of what Zerorez did for us.

My carpetsd were filthy. Kids, Pets, Water leaks, they were really bad. I mean Frat House Bad. But the technician came in, told me what my worst problems were and how he could fix them. We agreed upon a price and when I got home from work, I was amazed. There were a couple of spots he could not get out, and it was gatorade which is heavily died, so I was not surprised. I was happy.

I am not happy with the breakdown of you truck and delay of service. My wife had to wait an extra 3 hours past the window because your truck broke down.
No compensation has been offered. Not good for word of mouth business.The service should have been comped.

I have already given your name to three other people. One guest I had in my home after the cleaning said it looked like I had new carpet. The guy was very informative and helpful. One of the best improvements to my home in quite a while.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The steam cleaning on my kitchen tile and grout was very poor and unacceptable. I was not informed prior to the treatment that it would take 24 hours to dry and that I would have to mop and move furniture back. Mopping did NOT remove the sealer so I spent 6 hours wiping by hand the tile as well as scrubbing the grout that was still dirty. The woodwork was stripped of its stain and will have to be redone. For $800 dollars, we expected the job to be done completely, fully, and at the highest quality. We would like a refund on the job. Carpet cleaning was good and I would recommend that to friends.

I paid $60 extra per room (made my $99 sales price go up to well over $300) for special treatment of pet stains that the technician said would prevent my dogs from going to the bathroom on the carpet anymore. That claim wasn't even remotely true and my dogs seem to be more attracted to the carpet than before. The carpet looked great when it was first cleaned (though it took 8 hours to dry, not 3), but a week later they look worse than before.

1. When I called to schedule my appointment for last Saturday, I told the scheduler that I wanted the special that was announced by Jodu Dean on KLUV radio that week. The girl did not mention the Fuller's Jewelry gift/coupon. I forgot to ask for it. Will it be mailed to me? I'm sure you have my address:

2. I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning, but (I believe his name was J.D. or J.B.?) was a bit too casual in his manner; hard to explain). He also had a trainee with him. It was obvious by the way he treated him. The trainee was very shy (which was fine)but JD told him to , "get down there and smell for urine" after he had cleaned the dining room carpet. Then he had asked the trainee to get him something, the wrong thing was brought to him and he rushed out to go get it himself, instead of perhaps saying," Joe, come with me and I'll show you where I keep the _____". It was a bit awkward and I felt a bit sorry for the trainee. He needs a more positive, supportive trainer.

The carpet looked great after just a few passes with the wand. The guys were extremely friendly. Definitely a great carpet cleaning experience!

I spent almost $600 to have carpet stretched, 3 rooms/hallway cleaned & stairs. Stairs were $5 per step and all he did was take the cleaning machine and skim it over the top of each stair as he descended. Several spots that were pointed out for pre-treatment were still there when they left. Very disappointed considering the money spent.

Tech left water on my wood floor that meets the carpeted area. Light stain in bedroom is now BRIGHT yellow, worse than before. It has taken 2 DAYS for the carpet to dry out and we still have a few damp areas. This was my second time using your company. First time was great, this time not so good. All my friends that I recommended to you, I have now shared my experience. Will not be using you again.

Person who cleaned my carpet was extremely nice, curteous, and very good at cleaning carpet. He removed all of my stains!
