I loved the way my carpets looked; they looked brand new and they felt soft again. Your technicians were able to get most of the awful stains out of the carpet. The technicians were great at offering me additonal services, but at this time I was not able to take advantage of them. When I told them that, they were polite and understood my financial restrictions, and went on to do a great job. Next time, I will take advantage of some of the additions. Thank you for making my home look nicer and cleaner. We will have your company back regularly.
The guys that came out were great. The house smelled great afterwards and the carpet looked fantastic.
This is my first carpet cleaning experience and thought the company did a great job. My only concern was it was a tad expensive for just 1 full room. Over $100.

Well, my Mother and I keep hearing ads on the radio that state Zerorez is capable of getting out the toughest stains and whatever you have on your carpet they can handle it. Well, when the technicians arrived they started a spiel that they obviously memorized about cat urine and coffee stains. They wanted to know if we wanted a "special treatment" that cost 3+ times as much as I was originally wanting to pay. The cost went from $108 to $375. Well, if it meant getting my Mother's carpet cleaner then I was all for it. I asked them how much longer it would take to use the "special treatment". I was told fifteen minutes. Well, from the time the technicians started to the time they were completely finished it took 15 minutes. I am 100% sure they either didn't do any "special treatment" or they didn't let it sit on there the entire 15 minutes like they said they would. So, after the carpet was cleaned I was told that there were still stains because they can't get coffee stains out and that the carpet still looked "dingy" because that's normal wear. Ok, what is the point of having your carpets cleaned if they are still going to look dingy. And what is the point of paying an extra $250, TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS if your carpets only look like someone used a carpet cleaner you can rent from home depot on them. I woke up this morning having SERIOUS byuers remorse. If I could do it again I would DEFINITELY not have paid the extra money. FOR WHAT??? My 73 year old mother went in behind the carpet cleaners and was able to clean the so called "coffee stain" that they were unable to get out with good old Resolve. Hmmm... The area cleaned was also only about 800 or LESS square feet of carpet. REALLY, it cost THAT MUCH!! I just have to say that with all the hype on the radio I am truley DISAPPOINTED with the end result. In the future I think we will stick with the Rug Doctor and Resolve. I won't be shy to let me facebook friends know my feelings either. Your efforts are appreciated but the quality is poor. Thank you, Erin Last name removed and Name removed(my Mother).
I was told the tech would be arriving between 12:30 and 2:30 PM after several calls to the office(I was told he would be there at 3 then between 4:30 and 6:30) he arrived at about 6:30. I understand that sometimes things happen but until he called around 6PM I really wondered if he would really show up. I had furniture moved and company arriving today so I really needed him to show up. He (BJ) was very personable and did an excellent job so I would say that I will most likely call Zerorez the next time I need the carpet cleaned thanks to the tech. I think comunication needs to be implemented in the office. Once a client is disappointed set up a firm postponement time and that time needs to be kept. Because this was my first experience using Zerorez I did not know if I could actually count on someone showing up and the person I contacted in the office really did not commit that a tech would definitely show up before the night ended. I would say the tech made things right but I believe if a company requests feedback they deserve to know how the problem came about so they can correct procedures so the tech's and you don't have to make things right. Service tech was early for appt. I would have liked for him to have out furniture legs on plastic & return to floor rather than stack chairs on my bed
Technicians were focused on upselling pet treatment to increase charge from $139/5 room special. They also didn't move a wool rug at my front door as other carpet cleaners do and walked through my home with their street shoes to get through the areas they were cleaning.
It works, what else can I say - Tim was professional, smart, explained everything, made sure I was satisfied - carpet does look new (it is 22 years old) and I am very happy. Will get tile done next. Hard to believe that something advertised works better than anticipated - way to go (and I like your name too)
Customer service was excellent. Carpet looks great.
I was quoted a price on the phone but when the gentlemen got to my house to do the job he said he couldn't do what I wanted for that price. He was very kind & helpful & did do a good job in what he did. But I still wound up paying more than my quote & I didn't get done what I wanted. If ur going to give a quote u need to honor that. That is not good business to not give people what they're promised.
non toxic and no residue
The carpet and floors look good but while cleaning the tile floors there was some of the cleaning product left on my stainless steel frig and trash compactor and I cannot get if off. Any suggestions?
i will promote the guys that come out clean but have issues with people answering the phone as I have asked 3 different times to get my first name spelled correctly and it's still wrong. It's Theresa.. Please correct !
