The service tech and the cleanliness of the carpet after it dried good.
I paid extra $150 for Flash treatment. It stung the bottom of feet the first day. We still have pet odor in the hall - not happy with that. The hall carpet has the protective pad and last time odor was not evident - this time - it's very strong after cleaning.
The fact that you don't use chemicals and the carpet looks like new. You did a great job on an area rug that you cleaned at your facility recently and I would recommend you to anyone needing to clean their carpets.

friendly and professionalism of serve tech
My carpet was wet for three days and was notclean when the service rep left. The charges were much more than any carpet cleaner I had ever used and definitely not as clean.
When I set up the appointment and discussed charges for cleaning the carpet in 3 rooms and an area rug in the den, I was told 89.99 for the 3 rooms and $1.50 sq ft for the area rug. I was asked the fabric of the rug and stated that it was wool. So I confirmed an appointment with the expectations of a charge of $210. plus fuel charge. When the service guy came out he did a great job and agreed to a $50. protective sealant. My total bill came to over $400. I had not expected to pay $3.00 sq ft for the area rug. It was very misleading. Someone called me back today and said her manager would call me after 6:00. Never heard back from them. Not complaining at all about the results of the work but the cost expectations. So with that said I would not recommend.

the gentleman who came to provide quote for job was friendly BUT almost too friendly.
He knocked and then opened the door with a "hello". Although I knew he was here - since he had parked in front of home about 5 min. earlier when I had opened the front door to wave letting him know I was home - when he did come up to door - common courtesy is NOT to just open a door without homeowner coming to door was not executed - he just opened door after one knock and said "hello".
He was a bit aggressive with the "blue" light flaslight at first. Made statements that he saw cat stains (he had noticed two cats when he came in) and stated that cats pee in corners. One of the cat stains he noted was actually one of the small pellets from the litter box and, as I told him, Our cats do not urinate anywhere but in their litter boxes.
He spelled out cost, etc appropriately, He said he could make our carpets look like a castle - he was friendly BUT the above mentioned info was not appropriate to a first time potential customer.
He may be a great carpet cleaner for you BUT a little restraint in his approach would be better received.
Your services made the carpets look new again.

Although my carpet was much cleaner, there were still some spots and areas that I felt like weren't given extra attention to being cleaned. I did not have filthy carpets nor did I have a lot of bad stains, but it seemed like there were some mildly stained areas that should have been cleaner. Also, he cleaned the carpet in my den and moved the couch around to get all of the carpet clean, but he didn't put the couch on styrofoam or anything to raise it off the wet carpet and when we moved it back into place, it left a dark spot on the carpet under one of the legs. My biggest complaint is that my carpet was SOAKING WET!!! I thought it would never dry and even more than 24 hours later, there are still damp areas. Also, the technician left huge puddles of water on the hard surfaces that butt up against my carpet and along the sides of my stairs and never mentioned them or offered to clean them up. Finally, we have 13 steps leading to our upstairs landing, which was one of the rooms cleaned. I don't count the top step because it is part of the room but I was charged for 14 steps. I would be VERY HESITANT to have your company clean my carpets again or to recommend your services to others. I had very high expectations from the advertising I have heard but was quite disappointed.

I have been a customer of Zerorez for years and have been quite impressed with how thorough your process cleans my carpets. You have a great product and it sells itself. All of my prior experience with Zerorez has been in the State of Arizona, until this week which is the first time I have used Zerorez in the State of Texas. I was very disappointed by the sales tactics that your cleaning technician used once he arrived at my house. I work and was not here; however, I had my mother at my house to let the technician in to clean. Once he arrived, he pointed out to my mother the pet stains that appear when a "black light" was shown on the carpet. I know there are pets stains on the carpet, that is why I had the carpets cleaned in the first place. Your advertising explains that the price includes pre-treating, cleaning and sanitizing the carpets. However, the technician said that to pre-treat the carpet, the cost would be $230.00 (But,only IF he could get his manager to agree to come down to that low of a price). The price I was quoted on the phone was $140.00. So, for $90.00 more they would pre-treat the carpet. I had already warned my mother that your company may try to do this, so she said "NO" to these tactics. Then your technician warned her that even though the pet stain was small, once it is cleaned, it will grow larger if not pre-treated for the additional money that he quoted. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that your employees would lie to her like that. Believe me, I've had pet stains before that we not pre-treated and NEVER have they "grown in size" after having my carpets cleaned! I still like the Zerorez product, but I do not feel good about recommending your company to my friends because I would not want to subject them to such tactics. If pre-treating the carpet is not included in the price quoted, then your company needs remove that from your advertising. I am very disappointed by the deception that your company used to try to get more money than agreed upon. I will not recommend your company to anyone because of this.
