How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I heard a radio add for an $89 3 Room Cleaning. When I called I informed the phone receptionist that I only needed one room cleaned and she set me up for a One Room Clean for $50 and a Scotch Guard Treatment for $30 to put me at the $80 required to have service. The Tech was to arrive between 3-6 and he did. Upon arrival he gave my wife an estimate for $180. When she informed him it was only to be $89 plus tax he went back to his truck and came back with a $140 estimate. My wife informed him again what we wanted, the one room clean and scotch guard. The tech left and then returned with a $127 estimate and since my wife was frustrated at the gentleman and unable to reach me (I was at work)and it was closer to the $89 plus tax she agreed and the service was preformed. A half hour later I was able to call my wife and she informed me that the tech did not move our bookshelf and clean under it. The shelf had been recently moved to hide a dog accident. This one spot was the primary reason we called you guys and the tech was informed that we needed the very small childrens bookshelf moved and cleaned under but he did not. There is also a small pink stain still in the carpet that the tech reassured my wife several times he could remove. I wonder why when told what serviced we requested did the tech refuse to offer it to my wife and manipulate her into agreeing to a more expensive treatment that was not even needed. I have called several times and have been waiting for a manager to call me back, yet none has. I believe I was cheated and my wife was a bit taken advantage of. I asked for a specific service and was assured I would love the results. Your tech preformed non requested services and did not complete the job. If ZeroRez will credit me the $30 for the difference between the Scotch Guard and Pet Stain treatments I would be satisfied but I have yet to hear from anyone in management. And I am sill lving with the one soiled carpet spot I needed you guys to clean most.

What could we do to improve?

Overall, my experience was very positive. The carpets and the furniture looked much better. Justin, the young man who provided the service, was friendly and informative. My only complaint is that he offered me a variety of extra services and when I asked how much everything would be together, he told me my "out the door price" was $653.12. I said I would go ahead with the extras, and he never gave me anything to sign, nor did he give me a receipt when I gave him my credit card. I later got an email with the invoice attached, which was $777. I have spoken to the customer service manager, and I have been told I will get a refund, but until that actually happens, I still have some reservations about recommending Zerorez to anyone. That part of the experience really dampened my enthusiasm.

What could we do to improve?

As good as the service is and as good as your technician is, I just didn't realize how expensive it was going to be.
The extras really add up and it just was a bit of shock.
How to fix that? Maybe for the person on the phone to give a bit more info or an email prior to visit??

We didn't realize that the standard cleaning didn't include a true deep cleaning, it would have cost an additional $50 to do a deep cleaning. This should be disclosed up front not when you're here to do the cleaning.

Darwin Harrison did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous. Our carpets are very clean. We have already recommended Zerorez to friends.

He showede where pet messes were; plus I could see all the soap & dirt that ce up out of my carpet. The serviceman was very polite.

The only reason I gave Zerorez a one is because the second technician who came out was way more knowledgeable than the first. Wish he had come in August.....

I paid a lot of money to have the urine stains and odor removed from my carpet. The technician was very nice. He replaced the carpet padding and everything, but you can still smell urine when you walk into the room and when you get down to smell the place on the carpet that had the most concentrated stains, the smell is still strong. The treatment did not work.

We paid the extra $60 for pet treatment, but the smell is still there and the carpet doesnt seem as clean as I would have liked it to be.

My carpets are CLEAN! Kevin arrived on time and explained the service, he was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

I was not happy with the "corn rows" left on my carpet by your equipment. Am still waiting for a return phone call from your customer service manager. Not happy that I had to spend 2.5 hours recleaning my carpet. Another day of my time wasted. If no return call soon I will cancel my checks!!

No residue left behind after carpets cleaned. Great concept and application. Carpets really look Great after a Zerorez cleaning! Roy Alltop is an Excellent Ambassador for Zerorez. Roy makes a great first impression and, with his professional manner in cleaning carpets, everything just gets better! In short, Roy is a gentleman. Roy Alltop and Zeroez will be used again. What could we do to improve?

Took advantage of the radio ad of four rooms for $99, plus additional charges for additional rooms and oversized rooms. Assumed total cost of around $200. Did not expect an extra charge of $150 for pet treatment. Staff worked very hard and carpets look much cleaner.

The suction from the machine ripped the carpet off the tacks along the edges of the room and the seam in the middle of the carpet where two roles were glued together is now separated and is very noticeable (I did not see this till hours after the technician had left. I inquired with the technician about the carpet being pulled off the nails and he went around the edge with his foot and pushed it back down, that did not do the trick. There is also now a bump in the carpet around the edges, I guess it needs to be re stretched. This only happened in one room, the other room and hallway was fine. The carpets look great, they are clean and the high traffic areas look great. The technician worked hard and was very professional. I just hope my carpet is not ruined.

Most of the stains come out, excellent workmanship, they advise me of any issues they find, very trusting compitent people do the work, they are always on time, best of all my carpets always look like new when they leave.
