I appreciate the lack of toxicity in your cleaning product. My carpet looks so much better.
I do have some concerns since I had the pet treatment for the pad in two areas. I was told it should be dry in several hours. We are now almost 48 hours out, and even with two fans going, I have a couple of "gushy" spots. Having dealt with mold and remediation in another location, I am not happy about the length of time to dry, and my concern that the pad will now have potential mold issues.
While Justin explained the estimated cost (which I believe he said was 750 or so), I did not realize that I would be very disappointed in the tile service. On the tile - the travertine - I was very disappointed in the result. I had to leave, but before I did I went into the master bath and it was still a little wet, but I could tell then that it would look no different. But I decdied to wait until project was done. Justin did tell me later that travertine will not look like I would want without possibly a buffing service. I am so very disappointed in the travertine. The ceramic tile in the kitchen and sun room does look nice but not significantly different. It has a bit of a shine on it which is nice.
As for my wood floor, I love it. It made a true difference. Now my question to you is how to keep it clean without dulling the shine.
Also I thought the estimate was in the 700.00 range, but my final bill is $870.00. I am sorry but there is no way the total job should cost that much. Yes, he did clean the couch and chairs at no charge, or I could not have done them. Maybe it was offered to soften the shock of the cost.
Please get back with me. I will consider using you again for the word floor, but certainly not for tile, and I could not recommend others to do so either.

I feel that you are a little expensive, but I think the carpets were well cleaned. It may have been that I had quite a bit of pet damage to my carpets. Your technician was very polite and careful.
your tech was on the phone 50% of the time. He did not pretreat any spots or traffia areas, and when I committed that I was suprised more spots did not come up' he told me to call again in 3 months & more dirt would come out. He did pretreat a room for pet stains a charge of $75.00 & the odor is still there.
My only complaint is some of my carpet was still damp after having this done Thursday until this morning. But the carpet sure looks nice and clean. Thank you for using HOT water it sure makes a big different.

I am having to have a tech come back due to a couple of spots that were missed. I work from home so it is a little inconvenient. I am happy with how quick the tech is coming back.
Offer a89 speiCal and come in with pet treatment that raised it to almost 400.00. Some kind of scam.
We still have noticable pet odors in the rugs after they were cleaned and treated for pet stains. It took 12 hours to dry, not 2 to 4.
Our tech, Mike, called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was polite, respectful & addressed our concerns with regards to heavy traffic areas. However, while the overall results were acceptable, I have noticed that the heavy traffic areas are a little darker that the rest of the carpet. That's understandable since our carpet is 6 years old. I just had higher expectations.
The equipment seemed to clean the carpet better than the traditional carpet cleaner companies .
JB was really nice and informed us if we didn't like the results we wouldnt have to pay for service. He was informative throughout the process and very friendly and upbeat!

Had voicemail from Brad to contact him. Left voicemail with him on 9/18. Have yet to hear from him. No refund on bill due to inept office person not knowing what "total price" means. My tenant was initially upset due to office staff confirming with me that you will clean his carpet and bill me (a process that does not exist), so he had to foot the bill when I told him I was going to be paying it. Cleaner was not going to clean until payment was made first. Luckily I had just landed from being out of town and I received my tenants voicemail to correctthia matter. Im sure i wont get a reply from this. I received a receipt (I guess- I don't have a kindle program to open it).

Your carpet tech came out on Wednesday to conduct an in-house survey with me. After the survey was completed, he stated that he would send me an estimate of the survey, via my email address, which he confirmed with me, prior to his departure. It's been two days since he was here and I havce yet to recieve his email, in regards to the estimate.....He was proffessional and courteous and on time as well. But we needed this to be done prior to this coming Tuesday, as we have family arriving from out of town. We have now decided to do the work our selves. Please note, my intent is NOT to complain about, nor make your technician look bad. We will keep your comany in mind for service in the future.

I called the night before and they: 1) gave me the current sale price; 2)booked me the next evening; 3)called me early in the morning - could come then!; 4)showed up on time; 5)nice, friendly, professional guys did SUPERIOR JOB in short time!...and then 6) gave me a "Plus One" service...meaning a surprise I really needed! Not all of the stains we removed. Your crew did attack the really hard stains, but left a very easy pet stain, clearly seen from the doorway. That stain cost me part of my return deposit as I turned over the house to the original owner.

also the tec RON was very great in explaining all the servicsse that you offer and also the benefits,and he did a wonderfull job and should be a great assset to yoyr company
your products are "green" and that's always a plus. Your employees are friendly, forth coming, and honest...another plus
