Great service on the phone and at the appt. my carpet looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with my total experience!
The professionalism of your staff, they explain everything they are doing and I never feel "rushed" when here to clean. I think they are very thorough.
The technician apparently experienced problems with the water connection on his equipment, and ended up spraying dirty water on the walls and counter of my master bathroom.

They cleaned the carpet without any fumes that might injure my pet parrots' lungs and the carpet dried very quickly.
I would have liked to have received some kind of discount because I ended up spending
3X more then the quote I received.
I believe the cleaning is better than those other companies I have used before.

Last visit was good but not as expected. Master bedroom had such horrible odor when finished, I called the tech after leaving house and told him about the odor. He said, it will go away when carpet dries. It did appear to dissipate somewhat, but I do not feel the room was cleaned as well as previous visit.. I question whether or not I received good clean since this was free if I agreed to have oriental rugs cleaned.
I like avoiding using harmful chemicals and replacing them with a steam process. The techs were polite and knowledgable

My rug was picked up on Aug. 29th and I was told it might possibly take two to three weeks depending on if the pet stains required more than one round of cleaning. On Sept. 25th I sent an email requesting information on the status of the rug. I got a phone call from Brad on Oct. 1st apologizing for the delay and asking what my rug looked like. Needless to say, it was rather alarming to hear that my rug had been misplaced and, as yet, had not been cleaned in the almost six weeks since pick up. Not to mention the fact that no one would have realized it was missing if I had not checked on it. Probably a second round of cleaning would have been beneficial, but the rug looks good for the amount of pet stain it had.

I am very disappointed in my service Tuesday. I had 3 year old nice carpet and only signed up for $89 room cleaning. The technician then talked me into have a few spots treated where he could pick up old dog urine (nursery closet,spot upstairs, one in master bedroom). He wanted to flood the area with some pet treatment. After he left that day (and $1000 later), our carpets wouldn't dry. Then, the nursery reeked of urine that you could smell from 3 feet down the hallway. This urine smell then started everywhere he had flooded in our house! We had NO smell in our nice carpet before this. After fans on the areas for 2 full days, I demanded that someone come back out Thursday. The carpet was still wet today (Friday) when ZeroRez came back to try to fix it. Today, Zerorez came back and tried to correct the situation. They wanted to replace the pads where the flood occurred b/c there was some issue with the original technician's equipment and it never should have gotten that wet. Other areas, they wanted to rework to make better. I appreciate that they tried to make it better, but I now have carpet that isn't soft in spots, carpet is now bumpy b/c it wasn't stretched back into place after the pads were replaced and pads that don't line up. Also, I can still smell urine in spots.
It was very unhappy ....75$ for an area not even half the size of the little machine to take a stain out is rediculous !!! And then to charge that for 3 rooms. I willnt be using your company again
The technician seemed honest and did a thorough job.
I was misquoted the price from the phone call to zerorez and the technician. What was quoted was not honored and the measurement was wrong. I felt like I was overcharged. I have used you before and have recommended you, but that will not be the case in the future.

Your service men were very polite and professional. Also, stains that I thought would never come out of my carpet actually did come out with Zerorez.
Although our technitcian was very good and helpful, we ended up paying much more than quoted. I feel we were a little pressured to get the extra treatments.

No chemicals left behind. The vacuum thing is much quieter than your competitors.
The cleaning was done in short period of time and resulted in the carpets looking much, much better without extra charges for stain removal. The technician had said the carpets would be dry in 4 hours or so, but that wasn't the case even though we ran the A/C as requested.
The guys that cleaned were great and for the most part did a good job. There was a simple stain on the living room carpet that did not come up however that looked pretty easy to get up. The carpet did not seem as "clean" as the last time we used your service...and this carpet is only 2 years old...the last carpet you cleaned for us was 12 years old and looked REALLY bad before...and brand new after. This time the carpet just looked "ok". The last guy came in a much bigger vehicle so it made me wonder if he had better equipment.
EVERYTHING. THE MEN WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY DID. WOULD LIKE THEM BACK THE NEXT TIME. THEY LOOKED FOR OTHER THING TO CLEAN IN THE OTHER PART OF THE HOUSE. WE HAD A SPOT IN THE FRONT PART OF THE HOUSE. THEY CLEANED THAT WITH NO PROBLEM. THAT SPOT IS CLEAN. THE WIFE ISN'T GOING CRAZY NOW LOOKING AT THE SPOT. AGAIN THANKS!!!
I like the fact that no soap is used in the process and that the carpet doesn't have any residue when cleaned.

The technician was very helpful and professional. I live in an apartment and the carpets were not cleaned properly before I took up residence. They are now clean and fresh! Many thanks and I'll see you in about six months.
