As advertised :)
I'm no expert on the product, so I won't speak to that at this time. However, the service was great, friendly, to the point, efficient, I couldn't believe when they came to tell me they were done. I have already recommended to my sister.
Overall, everything was great. They were very courteous, and actually got the job done faster than advertised. They also didn't nickle and dime me.
My concerns were this: When I turned on the AC for the first time on the downstairs unit, a large amount of particulate blasted out of the vents and showered me, which I wasn't expecting. Since it was the only time, it made sense. But, I wish I could have been told to expect that, since it made me worry about the service provided, and I also would have stood somewhere else.
The other thing I noticed was particulate in some of my sinks and in the tub. It leads me to wonder if they were dumping in the sinks and tub. Again, something I'd like to know, and if true, a little better cleanup would have been nice.
Small complaints, since everything else went great.
I am VERY disappointed with and will NEVER use this company again. I originally scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned due to positive feedback that I received from past customers. Here's what I got:
1. Appointment #1 - Monday, October 22nd. Estimate over the phone was approx. $300. After technician arrived and mentioned all of the other "hidden" pet regular and deep cleaning fees, my bill ended up being over $900. I was also told by the technician that the cleaning would get rid of ALL stains, pet odor, etc. and that going forward, I would just need to complete maintenance by having carpets cleaned once or twice a year. With the service costing that much, I also assumed your company would do an exceptional job with removing stains and pet odor. This was not the case. Based on the before and after, I would say stains were lightened but still noticeable and pet odor remained. I can honestly say that shampooing my carpets personally got them cleaner. This was Strike #1. Oh, and I really enjoyed seeing the "non-guaranteed" comments on my invoice AFTER I paid. I definitely would not have spent almost a $1,000 knowing that none of the work was guaranteed.
2. Appointment #2 - Saturday, October 27th. After calling your office back the day after the initial cleaning to complain by continuing to see stains reappear and the pet odor not going away, a technician was scheduled to come out and re-clean the areas where stains remained. The technician came but said that I would need to do another complete, deep pet clean to get rid of the odor (replacing pad, etc.). As for the stains, he sprayed something on a few of them but that was it. We scheduled another appointment for Thursday, November 1st to do the complete pet clean. I was told that the original technician would have to be the one that completed that work. Strike #2.
3. Appointment #3 - Thursday, November 1st. My appointment was scheduled with a 4PM-6:30PM window. After waiting until 7PM with no phone calls from your company, I called you and was told that the technician got behind on another call and would be finishing up and heading my way shortly. I was giving you guys the benefit of the doubt but shouldn't have. At around 7:30PM, a completely different technician called to let me know he was headed my way. I asked why the initial technician wasn't coming considering that's what I was told on Appointment #2, and this technician said that the appointment was to only come out and do an estimate and take measures. No actual work was going to be done. This was Strike #3, especially since the technicians on Appointment #2 gave me an estimate and took measures then. I told the technician on the phone to make sure Management calls me 1st thing in the morning - we'll see if that happens.
It's now been almost two weeks with no clean carpets and very bad service from your company. At this point, the only thing that you can do for me is to give me a full refund so that I can schedule another carpet cleaning company to do the work. This is rediculous. It's amazing you've made it this long.

We've had this company out in the past to clean our carpets and they did the entire house. This time around, we had approximately 1,200 square feet cleaned. Even with that, the entire home smells fresh. With that, we've scheduled them to come out this next week to clean the remainder.
I think the advertisements make it seem like miracles can happen with just a basic cleaning. I think my expectations were higher than they should've been.
High quality from both.
The carpet looks much cleaner than when I've used other services.
Quick and professional service. Employee was very nice.
The service and the technitions were amazing and my carpet has never looked this good, but I feel like I was sold a service that was not explained to me fully and the customer service center did not make the charges right. Unfortunately because of your underhanded sales and my low opinion of your customer service team, I cannot use Zerorez again.
The technician was very knowlegable about carpet. He was prompt and worked efficiently. My carpets look sooooo much better, and smell better too. There were add on charges before he finished. They had said you can take out urine spots, they didn't mention it would be an extra charge. The protectant was an add on service. It would have been good to know these would be add ons before I made the appointment.
honest technicians, not too selly
Very clean feeling. No smell.
We have had the carpet cleaned before, but they never got out all the spots on the floor. Zerorex was amazing and the carpet looks great - no spots.
very professional service products worked very well good job all around
good service good product
The speed and communication. Kermit did a great job of finding out exactly what we needed . Thanks.
COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES . GOOD PRODUCTS .
Very professional and thorough.
too early to give comments as need to see how carpet looks in a couple of days.
Using little more than heated, ionized water, the process removed dark and seemingly set-in stains from our carpet, extending its life tremendously. We are hoping to do some renovations and remodeling of our home, and this cleaning just freed up what might have been a second-story flooring budget for something else. Thanks, Zerorez!
Prompt technician, very friendly and thorough. Lance and the service he provided was very much appreciated. Would definitely utilize ZeroRez in the future and recommend to friends and family.
My daughter and I both work the night shift and I had requested an afternoon appt. The carpet tech arrived at 10:30am when we were quoted a 1-4 arrival time. I had been asleep for about 2 hrs after working all night long. When my husband asked him to come back in the afternoon after we woke up the tech refused and said he couldn't. Since we are listing our house for sale we didn't seem to have a choice. So the tech ended up cleaning the carpet while we remained in bed. He used a spray that smelled aweful and then the carpet just smelled like wet dog while I tried to sleep. I had intended to take the little kids out of the house while the carpets were being cleaned and drying. Instead we had to walk on them sooner than we planned. If I had worked a full time day position and I was planning on taking the afternoon off from work to have my carpets done but wasn't home when the tech showed up at 10:30 I would have been very angry. What's the point of setting a time if they are going to show up any time they want? When my husband called the manager he was very unsympathetic and didn't care.
I punched the wrong button. It should be a 7 for likely. My only problem was the fiber protectant, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS $30.00. I have talked to Brad and Edwin and was told that I WOULD RECEIVE A CHECK FOR $ 90.00 WHICH I APPRECIATE VERY MUCH. AFTER I RECEIVE THE CHECK IT WILL BE A 10. M. Last name removed
The first visit I was only wanting an estimate on the carpets and the area rugs were to be cleaned. We have a puppy and I knew that is where my pet urine smell was coming from. I feel I was a bit oversold. Jamal and Ron did clean the carpets which they needed and then they were going to take care of the area rugs. They were cleaned outside and supposedly treated for pet orders. I paid extra for that! They left the rugs to dry outside and I went to bring them in and I could still smell the smell. I immediately called Jamal and he apologized and said to call the office on Monday. I did and we made another appt. for Friday between 4 & 6:30. No one showed, no one called. I called on Sat. and we set another appt. for Monday afternoon. I received a call when they were seconds from the house, not 30 min. luckily my husband was home. They picked up the carpets to take them to be cleaned properly. They were supposed to clean an upstairs room for free since I have so many issues. They said they would do this room upon return with the area rugs. We will see. Jamal and Ron were nice and the reason I feel a bit oversold was they called and came early because they had an appt. cancel. I feel they were trying to make up for the appt. that was a missed opportunity for them. I am pleased with the actual carpets that were cleaned. However, that was not the planned expense for that day. We will see what happens when the area rugs are returned.
Had to call to check on arrival time and left without replacing some furniture. The final walkthrough not performed.
Results not what I anticipated
fees for cleaning solutions (pets)were not clear before making appointment
The carpet has never looked better!

being in the sales and service business myself for 18 years i knoiw how important it is to have 1. products that work and 2. service to back them up this seems to a forgotten combination these days. it's refreshing to see a company that strives to do it.
sincerely
