The knowledge of your serviceman. He answered every question we had so extensively. Our livingroom carpet turned out excellent. The bedroom carpet(due to it housing a teenager for a year) was beyond help but at least is sanitary now. We have to replace it. We called Zerorez on the recommendation of friends and will pay it forward. Thank you Zerorez for sending us a person tha knows his business and is proud of his company. I can't remember how to spell his name much less pronounce it, but he was aboslutely the right person for the job. I am very happy with the result!
I liked the fact that I find the carpets REALLY clean and that the service was friendly and low-pressure, and reasonably priced. Thank you.
I loved seeing the final results from the call back service, however was not satisfied with the initial cleaning when on the next morning could still see lines in the carpet, when I asked the Technician (while he was cleaning) if they would go away, he said yes. So when they hadn't dissapeared in one of the rooms the next morning(the carpet is tight light colored Berber, all other rooms are tan semi shag) I called to ask that they come back out to fix that room. I had to really beg the Customer Service Rep to ask if they could call Dispatch and try to squeeze us in, we had already missed time off work to get this done and couldn't make another appointment later in the week to get the problem corrected. He got us an appointment that evening and when the 2 Technicians came out to fix the problem, they asked my husband a lot of questions, was the carpet raked when the original tech was done (NO), was the carpet still really wet when he was done (YES), my son slipped from wet feet on our tile, busted his nose and bled, the tech did clean up the blood on the carpet from the incident. They (being the carpet experts) noticed that the carpet did not look as it should after cleaning in a few other areas. So they not only redid the original room we called about, they redid 2 other areas as well. I can tell the difference in those rooms vs the 3 rooms that were not redone. The carpet in those areas looks warn and feels warn, where as the carpet in the areas redone looks brand new again and feels soft and fluffy. I am very happy with the Call back service in those 3 areas. They even got ink and chocolate out of the carpet in the formal area that the 1st Technician said he would try to get out, but were still there when he left.
The tech was trying really hard to sell us a deep clean (meaning, cleaning all the way down thru the pad) as we had some stains that were going to be a problem (which I already had experienced with other cleaning companies) for $ 400.00+. Based on the size rooms (2) and that cost that we were being quoted and the age of the carpet, we could have the carpet replaced. I just wanted the carpet to look better for the holidays and the carpet will come out in January. The techs were very nice although my husband was not happy with the "push" to sell the deep cleaning.

The additional grout cleaning I paid for on a redo visit was not good enough. A few dirty spots were only half clean...I couldn't see them until the sealant dried. You can refund part of the payment, as having you come out again is a waste of my time.
Energized water, green, no soap, and almost everything came out of the carpet. Now, we are not feeling the pressure to replace the carpet so soon.

I have a grandson who has reactions to some chemical due to skin conditions , so it's nice to know there isn't anything that would bother him in the carpet.

You advertise that your process gets carpets clean and stains removed. My carpets don't look clean (although your associate assured me that they are clean) but high traffic areas still show stains.

We called because of the ad we heard on the radio $89 for three rooms - we did add another room - but we not expecting the final cost to be $260.
