I like that you use no soaps or chemicals, and that the technician took what I think was a more than adequate amount of time to complete the job.

Our 12 yr old white carpet (not my choice - it was already here) looks like new, feels so soft, is clean enough for the grandbabies to crawl on, and hey...it does make me look like quite the housekeeper! Every thing you say in your ads is true...and even more so when I see what my white carpet looks like!

The service was good and done efficiently.

I Had two spots that I asked them to give special treatment but I do not think they gave them special treatment.

Old stains were completely removed and our 11 year old carpet looks better than it has for years. Ron Self was very knowledgeable about Zerorez products and did a superior job for us. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

"Pre-treament" costs are a little expensive and caught me off guard. I thought that would be included in price.

The technician was very knowledgable and professional. He did a very good job in cleaning my carpets.

Seemed to be just a standard steam cleaning setvice. Unfortunately many of the stains and dirt I expected to be removed were still there after cleaning.

Darwin was great, he took the time to educate as well as clean. He could have just came in and did the job, but he went even further than that. He also ensured that we were satisfied with the job that he did by walking the floor with us. I love the fact the floor can be cleaned without the use of soaps as well after seeing what Darwin pulled out of our carpets!

Products do the job without the wetness. Your services were what I needed to remove urine stain and protect the carpet from future soil.
I appreciated the technician explaining everything honestly and giving me an acurate estimate. There was no hard sell. They were very considerate and careful.

I like how the carpet service was completed but I was highly disappointed with the blotchiness of the tile service and how much dirt was left in the grout lines.

What can we say. Carpets look great and Seth and Mike were very knowledgeable about how to treat our carpets. Only thong I was shocked about was the price. Thank you.

The tech did a fantastic job on my carpet and he was very professional and friendly, he really showed me he really care and take pride in his work, and about getting it done correctly and that's rare service these days, so for that I appreciate him and would refer your company to friends/family.

Pet stains were not removed and the house smells of pee. We had used them before and we were very pleased and did recommend them to neighbors. But we're very dissatisfied this time. My husband was here home and he said they were done with 3 rooms in 30 mins. It sounds like who ever did ours this time did not care to take the time to due the job right.

Professional services. Best cleaning I've seen on my carpets yet. We still have some old spots that came back but they are not as dark as they were & I'm sure after another cleaning they will be even less noticeable.

Clean carpet without any soapy residue

Improve your on-time reliability. On Wednesday the nice girl confirmed an 8:30-11:30 time frame and said they would call on Friday morning. Friday morning I received a call right about 9 o'clock and the guy said he would be there by 9:30. My son drove over there to wait for them. During a meeting at work, I received two additional phone calls around 10:15 and 10:20 from another person wanting to know if I was at home or at work. I told him that someone was waiting for them since 9:30. He said that they had a late meeting and was just getting on the road and he would be there in 10 minutes. I called my son at 11:15 and they were not there but showed up shortly afterwards. If I had taken off of work to come and meet the first guy I would have been one very unhappy camper.

When I was scheduling I had a lot of problems with staff. Wanted two hour windows and when I said anything past 2 they scheduled between 4 to 6. The guys actually came at three which really helped but the schedulers were not a joy to work with

You only gave us a quote. It's too early to say whether or not we would recommend you. Let's be patient and wait until the job is finished - then we can decide whether or not to recommend you. In this case, "5" means neutral.

they wer not able to get all the satins out of my carpet and it looked like they were in a hurry to get the job done some spots were miised andi don't believe all the dirt was cleaned up. the Carpet looks like it still needs alot of work
