The pretreatment and the very hot steam did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. Within in 2-3 hours the carpet felt dry to walk on. My carpet was cleaned very simply using natural ingredients. The technician did a very good job explaining the process.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The work was fine - however I had been quoted one price then it was 349 plus, then the person doing did not identify himself and then told us that wecould tip him. I always thought that the service companies did not expect their workers to asked for a tip. Also I am waiting for my $100 gift card to Fuller's jewelry.

The carpets we had cleaned came out beautifully. Not only did the majority of the stains go away, but the carpet is now super soft and I feel comfortable walking around with bare feet.

You arrived within the time scheduled. Your technician was very knowledgable about your cleaning process and very personable. The process didn't take very long and my carpets look great! We will wait a little while before we schedule to have our upstairs carpets cleaned. I have already recommended you to two of my colleagues.

The people that came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained why certain spots were showing on my carpet and they gave me some great hints on how to take care of my carpet in the future. Once everything dried it felt and looked very, very clean.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Our appointment was at 8:30 on 11-3-12. I was told we were the 1st on the list for the day. I called your office twice to find out why the guys were late only to find out they were on the way. I told the office girls numerous times that we do no answer the phones on Saturday.....did not apppreiate them saying the guy could not reach us. They finally showed up around 9:45. The tall guy (Ricky Rankin) said he is the last truck out and had to wait on everyone else. There were no apoligies for being last....just excuses. I asked him if he even wanted to do the job.....very unconcerned about being late. I realized he was not the person I needed to complain to. It was obvious he has no concern for your reputation. As far as the carpet cleaning, I think they did a good job. I do see where they missed the edges (along the walls) on the ceramic tile. The other guy had a much better attitued.

The quote I was given was incorrect by $30.00 and then I told the tech I had a budget of a certain amount before he added the scotch guard and the amount was $70.00 more than expected. They did bring the price down but was VERY UNHAPPY that I had to go thru that.

After arriving 2 hours earlier than the scheduled window of time, the technician appeared to rush through the cleaning and did not do a quality job on the carpet, couch and side chairs. My daughter, Debra Last name removed who had used your company on the previous Thursday to do some work had recommended your company and she had a different experience. We decided that, if we used your company again, we would request the same technician my daughter used at her house.

I love the fact that there are no chemical or soaps left behind. My Carpets are almost 30 years old and now look brand new. The tech who is my nephew not only did a good job he went over and beyond the calling of work. Sacrificed a lot of time an cleaned my main return duct. Next time I have him out he will do all my tile, air ducts. And carpets again.

The servicemen were on time and even at the beginning of the 1 and half hour window. They were also extremely educated and on the ball. Especially Randy.
We would have liked to have just paid the special price of $89 for 2 rooms, but it ballooned to $521 because of the pet stain removal and stretching. Stretching seemed to stretch our pocket much to much.
We are please though and we will see how the cleaning stands up to the future traffic on the carpet.

What could we do to improve?

Quicker than 4 weeks on area rugs. Initial carpet cleaner overlooked two carpet mats. Had to come back.
