polite and profession. He removed stains in carpet that previous carpet cleaners did not. I plan to have my kitchen floor and stair's carpets done at another time.

Your technician and your scheduling people are not on the same page, and in fact, are not complimentary or respectful of each other. I will not use your services or recommend your company to anyone.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

To whom it may concern,
October 16th I hired your company to clean my carpets. After the carets dried we walked through the rooms again. I noticed behind doors and along baseboards it looked like they were never cleaned. I paid well over $400.00 dollars for this service and expected a quality service than I received.
I have been listening to Jody Dean on KLUV for several years about the quality work he received but I did not see it here.
I will be more than willing to send photographs showing what I am unhappy about.

What do you like about our products and services?

WE had our carpets done the first time by two young men...after the carpets dried, they looked just like they had NEVER been cleaned...the floor was wet for 2 days and I thought we had been had by false advertising. When I responded in my first feedback, I was notified that I would hear back from someone. It took weeks for that to happen...once again, I thought this was a dud company. When I was contacted, I reluctantly agreed to give them a second chance to see what they could do. I noted that Stanley Steamer had always gotten my carpets cleaned...we have them done twice yearly. The man that came to clean our carpets obviously knew how to use the equipment...in just a few strokes, I could already see the difference between clean and uncleaned areas...even areas that were stubborn for Stanley Steamer came clean...We had just given those areas in front of the couch as a lost cause...This was impressive...The floors were not left soaked as they were from the first attempt. I would say I would highly recommend the cleaning service, except that I don't know if I would get the same guy who knew what he was doing. The other young men worked hard and were fairly friendly, but just ineffective as all get out!!! They basically left my berber carpet wet...and in the same state as before cleaning...The two different experiences are night and day. So...I would love to try you again, but could you figure out who those two guys were and note them as not welcome back at my hous,,,and could you guarantee that they guy who did clean my carpets the second time would be the one to clean my carpets...or someone at least of his experience? I don't have the names of any of them unfortunately...But if you keep routing records of service records, I would appreciate a note in my file...We have been from 0 to 10 in our experience. How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My appointment was a bit difficult to schedule. When I was trying to make the appointment, I stressed to the scheduler that I could not do morning of the particular day that we were discussing. When they called back to confirm the appointment, it was for the morning -- the exact time that I told the scheduler that I could NOT do. She indicated to me that although they did have afternoon appts available, it was because of the route of the technician (that they circle OUT and then come back, and my house is close to the dispatch, or something like that). I was made to feel that although I requested the afternoon, the technician's route was more important than my schedule. When I explained again that I would not be home at that time and that the afternoon was the only time that would work for me, she went back a second time to discuss with the dispatch. I was finally able to get the afternoon appointment. I just don't think that's a very good way to do business. I understand that you have to be efficient with your appointments, but if the customer isn't available, don't force them into an appointment that won't work. I was very close to hanging up and calling another carpet cleaner.
I also feel like the technicians do more selling than necessary. I always am ready to have my "game on" face when they come, because I know they will try to up-sell me. My tech did a nice job on the carpet, but tried to sell me on some granite cleaning. I don't need granite cleaning. If I did, I would have asked for it. When I had my carpets cleaned last year the Zerorez tech sold me a $90 mop kit that I wasn't that thrilled with. I should not have to deal with an in-home salesperson when I get my carpets cleaned -- I just want my carpets cleaned.

Loved your cleaning crew. The gentlemen were very helpful, friendly and customer service oriented. I have already shared my experience with many of my friends at work. Thanks for a great experience.

What could we do to improve?

They did an excellent job of cleaning very soiled carpet and were very courteous. Unfortunately, it was very expensive. I knew it would be more than the come-on add of $89 but I did not anticipate almost 10 times that price. I had five rooms to be cleaned and they were all oversized. In addition, I had pet stains and I requested Scotch Guard. Nonetheless, it sees very expensive. The advertisement also said there would be a $100 gift certificate from Fuller's Jewelry. I mentioned the Jodie Dean ad twice, but I did not receive a gift certificate. So I am extremely pleased with my carpet; I have some reservations about the advertising.

For at least 10 years now, I get exactly what I want and it's clean carpets! The one year I tried another company I ended up having to pay twice to have yall come out after them to do it right.

There were several stains that the technician was unable to remove in one room. The only recommendation he had was to replace the carpet. That solution is not practical at this time. Although most of the carpets look nice, I cannot say that this seems any better than what any carpet cleaner would have done.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

How I was disappointed... My carpets smell awful. I paid $90 extra dollars to have no more than 100 SQ ft of carpet treated for pet damage. All I can smell in those areas is pet odor. The carpets look great, as they did when the technician left. However, after a day or so of traffic on the carpets the smell of pet odor is horrible. I am not sure how it was possible for the technician to "accurately" treat these areas and complete a full carpet clean of three bedrooms in less than one half hour.
How you can make things right.... Send a new technician (please not the same man) to my house and have the appropriate areas retreated for pet damage. For the price I paid to have my carpets cleaned and treated they should smell wonderful and not have any odor at all.

I have used Zerorez many times and I have never been told "I'm going to do a great job for you today and if you would like to tip me that would be OK, but if you don't I'll do a great job anyway." I have never tipped Zerorez and wasn't aware I should. I don't tip the plumber or painter.

I told Mike I was upset by what he said and I don't want him to lose his job, but I don't think he gets it. That was just plain rude and not a good reflection on Zerorez. All other technicians have been great.

I was charged an extra $50 to clean a room and in the radio commercial it states $39. Also, I feel that $120 is high for a pet treatment.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician Tim was beyond expectation. He called to say he was on way, and apologized for being at the late end of promised window. Then when he arrived, he examined, explained processes and got to work. His knowledge was impressive. But he also gave 120% in effort when I said I had to leave in short time. He worked SUPER hard & fast but still did all the work in record time. Plus even some very old carpet stains came out. Other carpets looked & felt great.

The price that was quoted to us ended up being double the cost & what kid stated on the radio is not at all the way things went. We were very disappointed in the entire situation except for your very nice gentleman that was sent out to clean the carpets. My number at work is Phone number removed & we would appreciate a telephone call to explain this entire matter. We very much feel like that this was false advertising in every respect.
