What do you like about our products and services?

I like the fact that you are not using soap to clean. The carpets seemed to dry faster than when I've used other carpet cleaners. Mike was personable and seemed to know what he was doing and did a good job getting the spots out. I love the $89 special - it allowed me to have you come and and allowed me to afford to pay to have the pre-treat for spots done.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The majority of the house looks great, but I paid an extra $300 to clean area's where my dog had urinated. It was a special treatment. As it has dried it is it has a sticky feel and the smell is just as strong. I am not satisfied.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpet is slightly streaked. It didn't look that way when it was wet but overnight & drying time the streaks are there. I don't know if it's because of the carpet type so I'm alittle disappointed. I have about 25 people coming for thanksgiving lunch& wanted my carpet to look good.

What could we do to improve?

Stick to the price and not nickel and dime customers with added costs, ie, pre-stain etc. In the end it was more expensive than other companies, we'll see how long the cleaning lasts.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Some stains were not removed at all in the room that was added on after they got here. The gentlemen that were cleaning were telling us to wear only socks on the carpet, not colored socks, not shoes howevere they were walking on the carpet themselves without shoe covers. My final bill was double what I was originally quoted. The commercial stated "pre-treat" which led me to believe that this was treating the more difficult areas. Instead I was charged 50$ for areas that required some extra from the spray bottle.

The carpet cleaning was good. However the tile cleaning is very inconsistent and actually left the tile grout looking very ununiform. Also the grout cleaning was not performed to the edges of the rooms so now the grout is light in color in the center of the room and dark at the edges. I would not recommend this service given the way our floor looks now.

We were planning to replace our carpet this cominng Spring, but after having them
cleaned by your company, they look almost new and should last a few more years.

The technician was very polite, courteous and did a great job.

We had carpet cleaned and air ducts cleaned...

The day after, the air ducts discharched dirt and black material. Is this normal? It seems to me that this means the air ducts were not completely cleaned and dirt remained / remains in them and was simply stirred up, not completely removed.

I am noy sure if the anti-bacterial solution was applied in the airducts.

What could we do to improve?

Nothing wrong with the actual cleaning....that was fine. There was some miscommunication - your team was supposed to arrive between 4 and 6:30 pm but came about 10am. That made things a little hectic for me getting things moved out of the way around my house.

I also had to call back the following day to request a copy of the invoice for our services and for the Fuller's gift certificate. No big deal but it would have been nice if that had been done automatically and I didn't have to request it on my own.

I know those are all very small issues but I deal with customers daily too and I know little things like that do make a difference so I figured I'd pass it along.

The carpet stretching was too expensive. I only had one 14x14 room done and it was $264. The tech did a good job but it only took him 10-15 mins to stretch it. $264 for 15 minutes of work is too much.
