Technician is great just it is hard to get an appointment
The young many tried hard and did a decent job. There were two spots, one fairly large that he did seem to get up. I haven't examined everything yet. It was just such a different experience than I've had in the past when the technician came. Previously, when I mentioned animals were in the room, they would check the carpet and show me where urine/feces had been before cleaning; they moved some of the furniture that I couldn't move - I have no idea yet if any of the furniture was moved before cleaning. I moved everything out that I could manage so the only things remaining were things that couldn't be moved - piano, entertainment center; and the bed, chair, and couches (which could be shifted to clean the carpet). Then he couldn't leave until I paid, and I wasn't told that I needed to have cash or check. I do not pay by telephone and he couldn't send the invoice to my email, only my phone. He offered his phone, which I'm also not paying on. So I called and paid over the phone, which was fine, but took a while to get there. Once again, the young man was respectful and obviously was trying. The entire experience just lacked confidence for me.

Chipped paint on two areas of my walls. I called around 11AM and someone said a supervisor would get back to me likely the next day and I’ve still never got a call back.
We have used your services before and always had great service. The office staff was amazing as always and the communication and punctuality was perfect. The technician on the other hand was short with me when I asked him to send me the link for payment and ultimately hung up on me. I had this service done for my kids and was told ahead of time it would be fine to pay from a link. I just think maybe he needs some more training in proper customer service.

I have been extremely pleased with the service I received from your company. The technician was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and was interested in the few questions I had about the process. The carpet throughout much of my home is several years old, but after having it cleaned it not only looks new but also has a plush feel that new carpet gives. I also feel and appreciate that the charges were reasonable. Needless to say, I am very pleased with your service.

I told you on the phone on the day of service what I was disappointed about. The pricing wasn't explained carefully enough for the carpet service. I was anticipating a $200 style bill and the guy gave an over $300 figure and was indicating it wouldn't even be successful - that we needed to take the pad out from underneath the carpet. I just asked for a cleaning and to get the spots out of the stairs and one upstairs.
BUT, I clearly discussed with the phone agent when setting up the appointment, the wood looking vinyl in the apartment and asked about cleaning it. It sounds like you guys have an issue with not giving conversation notes to the cleaners. The guy told me you couldn't do the vinyl, that his machine would melt it. He indicated the company as a whole couldn't do it.
When I was paying the bill, and discussing the issue with the person taking the money, they affirmed that you 'can' work on vinyl, but that that particular cleaner might not have been able to do it. If there had been adequate notes, they could have sent me a proper cleaner and you would have done more business. But, I don't want to pay more upfront charges to have someone else come and really shouldn't have to. I cleaned the vinyl myself.
We have rental property. You were recommended to us. You could have done a lot of business with me in the future. I was disappointed.

I had tile and grout cleaning. I’ve had it done numerous times with your company. This was the worst experience. There are 5 areas where it transitions to hardwoods. There was a white residue on the transitions, hardwoods and a piece of furniture I had to clean up. I found one cat licking the powder substance. I’ve never had to do any clean up before. On the previous occasions the person used a large fan to dry the floor which was almost completely dry before they left. This time the fan was about 10” and didn’t dry anything. And the cost was much higher than I’ve ever paid before. I regret giving a tip. Maybe $100 discount for such sloppy service.
You called 45mins before the scheduled appointment time and cancelled. Then on the rescheduled date you called when the tech was arriving at my house.
