I had Zerorez come out to clean my carpets on Thursday June 22, 2023. I was at work and had my Father-in-law meet the Technician at the house. Once he arrived, I was informed that there would be an additional fee of $60 per room due to the presence of Pet stains in the carpet. I went ahead and paid this amount. This was under the assumption that the even if the stains were not gone completely. The odor from the pet stains would be taken care of by the treatment. This was certainly not the case. I arrived home in the evening and very quickly determined that now, not only did the stained areas stink, but the entire carpet now stinks. I firmly believe that the treatment used on the carpet diluted the urine in the carpet pad and spread it through the carpet.

I reached out to Zerorez that night via the website. I did not hear back from them until Saturday afternoon, June 24, 2023. They said that they would have someone come out on Monday to remedy the issue.

On Monday, my daughter was at home to meet with the technician. He gave me a call from the house and informed me that they would only complete the service if I paid another $60 to cover the cost of another pet treatment. I requested to speak with his manager. The technician told me to give hem a couple of minutes and he would call me back. He called me back, again by himself, and reiterated the request to pay an additional $60 or he would have to leave. I told him that I was not going to pay any more money, and I wanted to speak with his manager. He told me that his manager did not want to speak to me. I requested the phone number to call to reach out to his manager and he would not provide it to me.

I am beyond upset and am out over $300 for Carpet Cleaning that it seems has only made my Carpet dirtier.

In addition, Zerorez is running a special for 4 Free Texas Rangers Tickets with your carpet cleaning services and I did not receive my tickets, either.

I was disappointed to say the least. Our techincian Clarence went ABOVE AND BEYOND on cleaning the floors with what he was provided with. He ran out of water and hearing the corporate office tell him it would be two hours before he got someone to deliver water is unacceptable. We closed at 1 pm and I was here until 5 pm. He worked so hard for such a large office. He couldnt even finish one of the offices because the truck didn't have enough water. Their solution was for him to ask to use a water hose (assuming we have one) and connect it to our outside faucet (assuming we have one) to fill his truck. NO. First of all, we're a commercial office. These things are not accessible. Second, when I scheduled for them to come out and do an estimate again, to evaluate the floors, they declined saying "we already have an estimate so we don't have to come out." If they would have come out, they could have seen it was a two person job, not one, and also see what needed to be cleaned. Its ridiculous. The saving grace of this company is strictly their technicians who bust their butt to clean the floors.

Zerorez was extremely easy to use and so flexible. I was able to verify details and schedule online. We needed to reschedule, and it was very easy. Jesse was our tech, and his attention to detail was outstanding. We are very happy with our clean tile/grout and carpet.

The entire process was great! The representative who answered the phone and booked my appointment was so kind and accommodating. The carpet cleaner was professional and nice. He was able to remove spots in the carpet that had been there for years. Very pleased!

I’ve had Zerorez out twice now. I’m so impressed with your wonderful technicians. Jesse was just out here yesterday and my carpets look new and smell so fresh! The spots I was concerned about are gone. He did a great job!
