We especially liked Rick Rankin, the specialist sent to our home. He told me upfront the cost for all the extra services I was requesting, explained what could be done and did a complete and thorough job. I also liked that harsh cehmicals were not used as we have have four animals in the house. And to top it off, I liked that there was no lingering chemical smell during the cleaning or afterwards after the carpets had dried.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

you over charged me. I paid for 3 rooms at 89 dollars, and my staircase. Due to the timing The Saturday Morning before Christmas we opted out of 2 rooms, because we couldn't desturb our guess. I told the tech this, and he said it would still be the same price, because Zerorez is expensive, and it would be more $ for just one room and stairs to be cleaned.
So I paid him for a service that wasn't performed. Then I contacted your office to find out I was lied to, and I am indeed due a credit for 2 rooms. You have a minimum charge, but my stairs more then covered that fee. I am waiting for a Manager named Brad to contact me. I spoke with a Bernice Dec.27 in the am, and Brad was off, but she said she would leave a message.
I am open to having you come back and clean the 2 rooms missed, or I'll take a refund. Lets see if you make this right.

All natural, do a thorough job, ability to quote a price after seeing space needed to be cleaned. Personable technicians who can answer questions and make suggestions on how to keep carpet and furniture clean.

Casey was on time, very polite, respectful, explained process, efficient, personable. The process was not offensive in odor and once completed left almost no noticeable odor, dried quickly. Carpet looked fantastic and the soiled areas have not come back to view several weeks later after being walked on! We are very satisfied. Happy New Year

The first day, the truck broke-no problem. The second day the tech did not have ANY of the correct equipment to clean air duets and his cord did not work. Finally on the third day the ducts were cleaned. But he had to borrow a ladder as all of the ladders at the company were already checked out. It took three days to get this service completed. This could be better.

What could we do to improve?

Be more honest and upfront about your pricing in your advertising. The ads I hear talk about "three rooms for $89 (or $99)." They don't say that that pricing is only for carpet. When I made the reservation for our floor cleaning, the woman who took my call asked what rooms we wanted cleaned. I told her, "two bedrooms with carpet and a kitchen with ceramic tile." She said Zerorez also charged an $8 trip charge, so our total for three rooms would be $107 plus tax. When Tom, who did the cleaning, told me the total cost would be $382.54, I was shocked! That was nearly four times what I was expecting, based on your ads and on what your employee told me. I consider your advertising false and misleading, and a classic example of "bait and switch." Further, I had asked for the "Jon David Wells or Mark Davis Special," which were advertised as (1) costing $89 (not $99) and (2) for the first 30 callers, a $100 gift card to Fuller's Jewelers. I called immediately after hearing the ad on the radio, so I'd be surprised if I wasn't one of the first 30 callers. The woman who took my order (1) said the price was $99, and (2) didn't mention the gift card offer. Tom did good work, and I'm satisfied with the quality of his work, but the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wonderful customer service! I love how well our carpet stains came out...we only have one that appeared after the carpet dried and I'm not sure if it ever will go away..but I will definitely be calling on zerorez again. Thanks!

The first time I had Zerorez come in, I had about $700 worth of work done. Some of which were the pet treatment (due to some stains) and then the pet spray to prevent any further "accidents". Afterwords I blocked off a section of my home so that my dog could not access. Then I had made another appointment to do the three room for $89 w/ the gift card. The tech came in with the black light and showed me all the new pet stains that I have accumulated and some of those were in the part of the house that I had blocked off. I was shocked to see the pet stains that were supposedly treated were still showing up on the black light. So I feel like I waisted my money on the pet treatments I paid for on my first cleaning. Then the tech appear annoid that I would not get the pet treatment again or any other additional services. He also seemed unwilling to move two peices of furniture (a coffee table and small chair) to clean underneath. He didn't move the coffee table and just worked his way under it without moving it and then I had to ask him twice to move the small chair to clean underneath that. Again, he seemed annoid to do so. So, first I was unhappy to see stains that were supposed to be gone still showing up under the black light and second I just had a weird vibe with the tech that came this last time. I also asked him about the "gift card" and he said I would receive by email(??) - still have not seen it come through. Bottom line, I like the "treated water" system and would continue to use Zerorez but I would never purchase any additional services and I would caution others regarding additional services as well.
