The pet urine odor has continued to come back after two treatments. The service both times was good but product is not fixing the problem.

The Technician was here when he said he would, reviewed our home and told us what the cost would be to do the areas we wanted cleaned, and got right to it and took about the time that he estimated it would take. BUT the most impressive thing was the way the ZEROREZ system cleaned our carpets without the residue left in. Our 5 year old carpet has been cleaned two other times by highly recommended companies, but afterwards it was always felt "crunchy" and stiff. After the ZEROREZ cleaning it was again soft and seemed to be "fluffed-up", looking like it was when first installed. We are more than pleased with the job your company did.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your technicians who clean and the cleaning job. Definitely NOT your people who take reservations. They lie and deflect -- each person you speak to on the phone trying to get a reservation made. You have no customer service on the phone.

I requested the shower to be cleaned and according to the website that includes the glass being cleaned and sealed, however, the glass on the shower had not been either cleaned or sealed and the shower still needed some cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am a Realtor and have recommended Zerorez for quite some time. I scheduled for a client this last time, was very specific over the phone for the quote, and when they came out the bid was $150 more than what the quote was when I called. The tech said they had not included the stairs, which the phone person said they did-15 of them so there were more which I added when I quoted my client. They said a room was missing because the master was oversized, which I told the phone person and they didn't have the hallway which I told the phone person. Then they came out extremely late, we had to reschedule-they didn't call giving 30 min notice the second time. When they cleaned, the spots came back immediately. We had them back out and had to reschedule to get the time right which I asked for specifically. We will not be recommending again.

Our carpets cleaned up very nicely, you could see immediately the difference. I was worried about stains coming back and it's been over a week and they still look great!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Our carpet was admittedly beyond hope, but upon telling the man that we had realistic expectations, I felt he relaxed a little too much and didn't do all he could have with the carpet, there were spots he missed and spots he just assumed would not come up, so the effort was lacking. I even asked him to go over one of said spots one more time, there was a drastic difference from his original attempt, which tells me there was much room for improvement.

Tom was great and thorough. I dont know if I have ever seen a carpet cleaner do such a thorough job and he explained everything so well. The first/last person you sent out to see me at my other house on Meadowview 76016 I did not end up using your services and just sent him on his way.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love that your products don't contain a bunch of chemicals because we use green products in our household and we have two dogs that are always licking the floors. Also, our service provider (I believe Justin King)did a fantastic job. He really did go above and beyond and took the time to not only clean our carpets thorouly but explain the process and let us know exactly what to do in the future! We plan on calling after the holiday to get a bid for our restaurant. But only if Justin is our technician.

I booked the cleaning of a completly empty house. It was discussed on the phone that I need to have it cleaned and deodrized because a small dog had lived there for 6 months, and that the carpet was new and 6 months old. I completely vacumed the entire house before his arrival. Upon arrival the tech started questioning me as to what sealant the carpet had. I explained it was the new stainproof nylon and should clean w water. I called the carpet company for him to check and told him what I was told. When I reiterated that I was to have cleaning and deodorizing I was told deodorizing was extra and was given a new quote.I declined the $50 a room upcharge, and explained that I expected a deodorant to be included in the cleaning solution that was sprayed. I was not willing to spend $360 to have a 6 month old carpet that looked like new ( no distictive spots anywhere)cleaned in an entirely empty house. I find that your claim of zero rez is just a marketing gimic and you do the exact same thing as any other company who steam cleans carpets. I see nothing propiatary about your process or money savings in your pricing. The tech was nice and everyting came out clean. I have no reason to rate you any higher than anyone else. I own several rental properties and have the carpets cleaned every 6 months. It was an opportunity to have a new customer - as I explained to your tech. Sorry it did not work out. I am not overwhelmed.

I ended up paying $400 to Zerorez due to the fact that the first technician did not perform the services I asked for and gave me wrong information regarding cost which was completely different from what the person told me who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. I had to have someone come out a second time on 12-27. The second technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, however he charged me for services that should have been performed on the original visit but were not. He told me you guys have had trouble with the original technician. It is not my fault that the original technician is incapable of performing his job properly and therefore the only way I would ever use your company again or recommend them is if I can speak to someone and get a partial refund. I would have NEVER spent $400 and this would not have happened if I had received the correct information from the original technician. I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and am extremely dissatisfied by the level of service I received from your company.
