It has now been a little over a month since the carpet was cleaned, and it is still clean. There was absolutely no smell from chemicals, the carpet was soft after it dried, and my house smells much better now! The technician who cleaned our carpet was very nice and helpful. I am quite pleased with the service. Thank you.
First time Zero-Rez user, service was very professional, technicians arrival time was as previously requested with ETA. The empowered water and spot treatment process used delivered as promised. Once the carpet was given the designated drying time, it was very clean and no after clean chemical odors present.

Not a whole lot. The techs were great but I have 12 year old light colored carpet soiled by a teenager. At the time of the cleaning it appeared good but afterwards when everything dried I was a bit disappointed that the soiled traffic areas did not come as clean as I would have thought. I like the fact that few chemicals were used and there was no residual smell.

The next day when I inspected the carpet in the sunlight, I noticed quite a few spots. I grabbed the carpet cleaner I have and scrubbed a few of them and the towel I used came up REALLY dirty. I got a few of the spots up before I got tired. There are still a some left that need to be addressed.
Carpets were cleaned well and we ended up happy with that. However, there were spots on the tile that were not cleaned and the grout around a couple of tiles was broken up, resulting in our now needing to re-grout those tiles. The technician was hamstrung due to our power going out while he was working - leaving him unable to see without a flashlight - but the fact remains that the work on the tile was not acceptable.

I was disappointed to see several spots that remained after the carpet dried.(These were not the stains that the technician pointed out to me and that I was aware of.) There were several in the office and one on the area rug.
They are green, and they leave no residual odor.
The technicians were on time and made great efforts to be friendly and make good conversation. The result was exceptional. I'm quite pleased.
My bathroom tiles did not look as good as the bathroom floor tile, the kitchen floor tile or my carpets.

the fact that you don't use any chemicals. I'm highly sensitive, so I don't like having any "residues" left behind in my house. Also, everyone I have been in contact with has always been very pleasant to deal with.
