Customer Service
The servie person was great. He was very friendly and he was very informative. Carpets looked great when he was done.
Stains were removed from my carpet that I didn't think would come out. I do plan to use your service again in the coming months. Good job.

The technician was very courteous and did a fantastic job. I will call zerorez for all my future carpet cleaning needs and will recommend you to my friends and neighbors.
I was happy with the service I recieved. But a few days later I noticed some white residue on some of my furniture in my bedroom. Some of the spray used to clean the carpets must have also gotten on to my dresser and other items on top along with my bed. It was all along one side of the room.
The acctual cleaning was ok, but I was not impressed with the tech. or the long term affects.
The service man worked hard and did a great job.
Positive was that you made space to come on short notice. Negative was that tech was doing sales pitchs...too much talking when we were in a press for work to be done.
I liked the courteousness of your employee,arriving within the time window I was provided,the care taken upon entering our home,and the professionalism to assist with deep stained areas.Our carpeted areas! are 16 years old,and when it was cleaned,it looked almost like new.Thank you.Oh,and I love the fresh smell from the sanitized water!!

Had to have tech come back to adress odor after initial cleaning. Entryway marble floor left with cloudy residue on it. Tech gave the number of a guy to have it cleaned by. Just overall not really that happy with whole experience.
Quite a few spots came back. Either they weren't treated correctly or you can't get them out.
Did not arrive at scheduled time. (Arrived several hours earlier, which was nice. But I was unprepared.)
Convinced us to pay for "level 2" cleaning to remove pet odor. Guaranteed it would remove odor or they would return and repeat the process. Then when I saw the email receipt after he left, I noticed it wasn't guaranteed after all.
Didn't even measure rooms but said my living area was the equivalent of two rooms. (I thought I read or was told that it was $30 extra for large rooms.) so for four rooms, I got a living area, one bedroom and a hallway cleaned.
The major disappointment was the cost. I signed up for a $99 special. I had a $50 gift card, and ended up paying more than $200 for less rooms than I expected and was not impressed with the results.
