The service by your technicians was excellent. They explained everything as they did the job. The final outcome on our rugs was amazing. A red wine spill that had been there for a couple of years is now gone. The rug even feels new when you walk on it. The air duct cleaning was done with minimal interference and very little dust. Thank them for us. Also, please ensure that you have my correct email address. On you Service Summary & Invoice it was listed as Email address removed The v in verizon was left off. Your technician got it correct on his billing.
Professionalism of employees. Randy Phillips and Jared Neeley were prompt, explained all services that would do the best job, and were very cordial and courteous. The service itself left the carpets in far better condition than I expected, and will delay the need to purchase new carpeting for at least several more years. Thank you!!
I liked how quickly the technician got to work and how he gave a couple of really bad stains the extra attention needed to get rid of them. He was efficient and did an excellant job. Our carpets look great.
your advertise and work is different.... when you send me second person, they ask me how long took first person to clean house... I said half hour.. they laugh.... I am not satisfied your service and I paid 226 for nothing... Second guys clean the stair ---looks like new carpet.... rest of the house, No changed at all
The young men that assisted us, Joseph and his friend were kind, courteous, humble, and dedicated 100% to their job and to doing quality work. They did an over-the-top absolutely amazing job on not only our carpeta but our furniture as well!! I am very very pleased with the job they did! It was not only a pleasure to have met these two gentlemen, it was a blessing!

When I checked closely, I found a patch of sticky stuff in carpet that had been vacuumed twice and did not have a visible problem prior to the cleaning. I had to pick out some pieces and then use carpet cleaner to fix an area that had been free of foot traffic as it dried overnight. I was suprised and disappointed to have to do that - not sure what happened.

Nice, called 30 mins prior, knowledgable, and really explained to us the whole procedure tile looks amazing and carpets dried in an hour. I know who to recommend, Justin Cullum was great!!!

Ernest Young cleaned our home carpet and before he started the steam cleaning, he used equipment to bring out dirt that was embedded into our carpet. He did such a good job. This proces seemed to make the carpet even cleaner. We have used you for years. 2 weeks later we had our rental home carpet cleaned in Dallas. I requested Ernest but did not get him. I had told my husband about the extra process that Ernest had done and how much gunk he got our of our carpet and we expected the same in Dallas. The tech that did the cleaning in Dallas told my husband there would be an extra charge for that. We will always request Ernest because he seemed to really care. The tech that did our Dallas rental home overcharged us also. We are getting a check back from you because he did not give us the 40 % discount for the extra love seat we had cleaned while he was there.
Tell your customers that the carpet will not be dry for at least eight hours, be honest up front.
Your tech charged me $60.00 extra for extra dirty master closets, but failed to get out two spots. When another tech was called back, he
was able to remove the spots for an extra $60.00.

Lower rates on cleaning of extra furniture
I like that you do not use any harsh chemicals that might be harmful to my family or pets. There were no strong chemical smells afterwards. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and pleasant to work with.

Cheaper prices on "extras" like urine removal.
