What do you like about our products and services?

The technicians are friendly, efficient, and knowledgable about their product. You don't use chemicals in the cleaning process. Zerorez made my 15 year old carpets look almost new! I have referred several friends to you, and I hope they have called you.

What could we do to improve?

I loved the service...and know you have a superior product. My largest concern is the cost. We are on a retirement budget...and your costs are more than we usually pay. I know your service is different...time will tell if we can go longer between service calls. We did enjoy meeting Jason. He did a great job...and was pleasant to work with.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When the tech pointed out the pet stains, he said "we can take care of that" but made no mention of additional cost. The $180 I was charged for this treatment was not authorized. To make it right you should refund this charge.

my carpet actually "feels" clean!! I have never felt clean carpet after it had been cleaned by "professionals". I will use Zerorez again!! thank you!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Well, the regular carpet cleaning is GREAT!
The upholstery cleaning is very good.
HOWEVER, the area rug cleaning was HORRIBLE!!! You lost my rugs, then didn't actually clean all of them via the process you sold to me. Two of the rugs were never cleaned. The other two had some kind of cleaning done to them, however they were delivered to me via an open bed pick up truck. There wasn't anything protecting the rugs, so when I received them they had dirt and grass all over them. My husband took photos because he really couldn't believe it. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I spend $928.00 on area rug cleaning ONLY... then several hundred dollars for my carpets and sofas. The person running the DFW franchise doesn't want to take responsibility for this mess. I feel we should receive 70% of our money back because two of the rugs were never cleaned, and the other two rugs looked like they had been cleaned in some way however they were delivered to us dirty. I can't tell you what self control it has taken not to post these photos on you tube.
The saddest part is I really, really love the carpet cleaning. I just don't understand why a company would spend so much money on advertising and not want to take care of their customers. You know, ethics and integrity can be learned, however the person running this franchise doesn't get it. He is more about avoidance. Very sad...

I paid extra for stain removal and the stains in my carpet returned within 2 hours. The technician also left watery spots all over my wood floors where his cleaner hoses were touching the floor.

My carpets are not clean. Areas that were slightly soiled now appear dirtier than before. Spots have appear that I didn't see before. Several light spots are the same.

I didn't want to walk on wet carpet to inspect them when the cleaners were here, but I am very dissatisfied.

The breaker was blown in my bedroom area and they didn't bother to tell me before they left.
A small plug in light was damaged (but I repaired it). They threw it on my bed without mentioning that anything had happened.

I was quite shocked but this service and certainly hope Mike and Daniel are representative of your organization.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The Zerorez representatives finished cleaning all the carpets in my house in about one hour. I have carpets in three bed rooms, one study room, and one living area. He counted my front living room carpet as two extra rooms. Since there were dressers, bed, desk and/or other furnitures in the living rooms and study which ZEROREZ does not move, there were not much carpet left in the rooms.

Despite that I was charged over $230, there were not much visible improvement to the carpet except a few spots were removed. Majority of the carpet look the same as before. I don't know how to tell if the cleaning do the job or not for most of the carpets. To pay over $230 for about an hour's work without much noticeable improvement, I would not recommend this service.

The service was excellent! Tony explained the process and did an great job.
Using your service it seemed that the carpets didn't dry as quickly as other companies we have used in the past. We will see what the long term effects will be. Thanks!

My company paid over $700.00 to have a stain removed from a rug and it is still stained. Delivery dates were missed and then delayed. However, the delivery people were very nice and helpful.

I called to get my carpets cleaned and I was told it was 3 rooms for $89.00....Silly me I assumed that meant CLEANED ! ! ! ! When the tech came, I showed him 3 small spots - coffee spill & 2 unknown spots, he immediately told me that he could not get out any of those spots, BUT for an additional $60.00 he could deep clean my carpet. I was very upset, my house is VERY clean and if it were not for those few spots, I would not have called a professional. I told him that I felt it was a "bait and switch" and I was not interested. He persisted in explaining why he had to tell me about the "deep cleaning" and I was NOT interested. I told him so. IF, I had not vacuumed and moved the furniture I would have sent him packing. I really thought that the small spots would come out, but they did not, so I paid $104.00 for nothing. I will do it myself. Would I recommend you again?? NO I do not expect to get things for free, but I do expect when a company says they are going to clean my carpets and to quote K-LUV they will look like brand new again, that is exactly what I expect. The bill was miscalculated. I called the technician to leave a message and have not received a call back. I expect a refund of the difference.
