on time, well priced, got the job done! What more could I ask?
The main reason for calling was because I dog urine in one room. The treatment
did not remove the odor. I had to research online how to get the smell out myself, which is working. I want my
money back for the pet treatment.

HaVEN'T SEEN THE WORK YET, BUT I'M LOOKING AT A $691.05 INVOICE THAT STARTED AT $79 FOR 3 ROOMS. I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A 40% DISCOUND ON ANY EXTRA ITEMS (-$72 FOR A NON-GUARANTEED PET TREATMENT??? -$8 FOR CLOSE CARPET, HOW'S THAT NOT INCL IN THE BEDROOM COST? -$140 FOR CARPET STRETCHING. I FEEL I HAVE A $220 CREDIT COMING AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A $100 JEWELRY CERTIFICATE WHICH I WOULD TRADE FOR ANOTHER 100 OFF. WHICH WOULD STILL PUT MY BILL AT $371.05, OVER $100/ROOM.
The servicemen were friendly and helpful with questions. The carpets took a long time to dry and the heavy traffic areas still look the same. The carpet is relatively new.
I expected better results.
The service technicians were friendly, polite, punctual, and did a great job. My carpets are clean and my tile floor is spotless. Couldn't be more pleased.
The service people seem to know what they are doing. They take care to make sure they protect the walls while cleaning and clean up after they are done.

I still see a large dirt spot leaving from bedroom to bath. Your pricing strutures was not fully explained, prior to completing the work. I received your charges to my CC, but no invoice. (I called and an invoice was sent.)On your invoice #017 was not requested. It was clear, to me, that the person doing the work was there to upsell your services.

Everyone treated me great.
You consistently disappoint by trying to sell other service upon your initial visits. The first time I ever used this service, I was so very impressed and spread the word. The last two visits have been incredibly disappointing!!! I find if you can't sell other services, you do not clean carpets well.

Carpets did not remain very wet and it was thoroughly cleaned.
The pet urine stain did not come out but I believe my service tech Chris tried everything he could.

joseph was very professional and explained what he was going to do,the only complaint i would have is what gripes me about most companies is that they do more than what i asked for to raise the price up. my original estimate was $87. final bill was $218 for 1 room and part of another.had a couch cleaned for "free" as a thank you for having them in my house.Had to use stronger chemicals to clean pet urine, did that cost $131?

Did a wonderful job cleaning my bedroom carpet after my Dog's accident, but you are outrageously expensive, so I would not recommend you to anyone due to your pricing. I had to pay &225 for this one small area. That's too much!
Wonderful products. Consistent quality results. Very professional and helpful personnel. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service I have ever used and my carpets still look new after 13 years. (I used you guys when you were the other name back in 2000.)

Workers did a thorough job and we were pleased with the results.
You took a filthy carpet and when you were finished it was like brand new carpet. The carpet was soft and smelled clean. We are so completely happy with all you did.
Commercial raves about the faster drying time! I didn't experience that. Tech left tool at home. Said he would be back "In a minute"
but took him one hour to return. Carpet does look good, commercial by Jody dean just goes on and on about the dry time though.
