The inspection when the technician was finished looked as if all the stains came up. Without anyone walking on the carpets, the stains remained once the carpet dried.
You have your own crews, they are helpful and friendly and do a very good job cleaning the carpets.

Neat, clean, good job. However there are 2 small spots in the bathroom that are still there.

We have used Zerorez before so we were a little disappointed with the service this time. The representative went around with a blacklight to show stains in the carpet. He indicated a lot were due to pet stains and the pet treatment would "eliminate" them. We told him that there were only three areas that needed to be treated, but he insisted that the entire carpet had to be treated because it was a "process". The final bill was almost $700 which was ten times the original estimate. Imagine our chagrin when the "process" was splashing solution on various areas of the carpet and allowing it to soak. We feel that we were mislead. He could have easily spot treated the areas we wanted and when he was done he indicated that the spots would still show up under the blacklight. We do not see how this "eliminates" the stain and odor. In fact, we had to have them return to re-treat the original three areas we were concerned about because the smell was not removed. He used 7 gallons of his solution at $75/gallon. He could have easily used only one gallon to treat the area. If you truly want to make things right, we should be refunded the charge for the additional 6 gallons of solution ($450). We feel that your employees promise to "eliminate" the spots and smell was certainly not entirely truthful. The spots still remain and the additional solution added to the other areas were not needed. We would appreciate a response from your company on how you will remedy the situation, if you expect us to be return customers or recommend your company.
I will give the credit to Keith Loatman, who did an amazing job of recleaning the bedroom and bathroom carpet. All of the dark areas disappeared, and he cleaned areas that had been left untouched. Keith did a very thorough job and the carpets looked great when he was done. He had a wonderful, calm attitude, and he did not make things seem impossible to accomplish. I will request(only)Keith for my next carpet cleaning. He is an asset to your company.
Too many re-dos due to being in a hurry to get to the next job. Not enough time was allowed for all that had to be done, even though this was discussed prior to appointment; hence the need to come back to complete the job as it should have been done the first time around.

got out stains that I thought would not come out. I also thimk the carpet is alot softer than other claening place leave it. I thought it was great!
Tech was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Process does not leave a lot of excess water and, therefore, the carpets dry more quickly than with other companies.
The technician was great and the carpet looked great the day of service. A couple of days later I had 3-4 spots dry out and show through as a rusty colored spot. I called in and asked for a followup call last Thursday and still have not heard from anyone. The lady said she would get the service tech to call me.. I just want a call back and a followup check to see my spots.

I have never witnessed a technicin who knew his company, product and technology as much as yours. While your tech was doing the work he took the time to explain how it worked, especially the new technology. Carpet cleaning companies bring huge machines, leave spots and the floor stays wet for days. This experience was really incredible. Thank you.
The appointment made to replace padding got totally messed up. YOu did not have the padding in stock and did not tell me until the day you were supposed to come out and put it in. This cost me extra baby sitting money.

Not using soap and how my carpets look afterwards
My carpet looks amazing , It is 15 years old and I didn't expect too much just wanted a clean carpet ! Friendly and informative techs.

We had our investment home cleaned at 2405 assembly and they did an excellent job. The manager was very helpful in rescheduling a redo and the carpet came out great. In fact we referred my inlaws (Sharon and Robin Last name removed)
I was very dissapointed in the results. The carpet looked dull and like it had been vaccumed and not cleaned
Technician arrived without any "ZeroRez" identification in a plain, unmarked panel truck. Although he was very nice, very through and did a great job, your technicians would look more professional (and build franchise value for you) by "flying your flag." Frankly, I can see situations where someone would not have let him into their house as it didn't look like he had any connection to ZeroRez.
The two gentlemen who worked on our carpet and coach did a great job and they were professionla and friendly.

However, it'd be helpful if they were able to supply floor protection & wore booties to help protect other floor surfaces and minimize cleanup after they leave. It'd also be helpful if they would turn off lights as they were leaving a room rather than leaving lights on for hours while carpet is drying.
It was quick, the people were on time, friendly, had a sense of humor, and it appears that it is a good job.

Product not as you advertise. Technician was mainly interested in selling more product. I have already sent an email stating my dissatisfaction.
