When there was a problem with one of the rooms not looking good after the first cleaning, zerorez returned the next day to redo the room. It looked much better after the second cleaning.

Zerorez did the most thorough carpet cleaning job I have ever had done! I have been a homeowner for almost 30 years and have used many different companies! The zerorez employee I had was Randy Smith and he was a very hard worker! I reccomend he get a raise!!

I like that they're green, they leave no odor, they get every single stain out, and that you can clean almost every surface in my house with the same quality as you do the carpets.

I am sorry that we were talked in to having our grout cleaned in the kitchen by your service technician. I appreciate the efforts you made to come back twice to correct the work done. Sadly, the floor still does not look very clean. There are dark blotches throughout the tile in the kitchen. The work you did on our carpet was great and I would recommend it to anyone. The cost of the grout cleaning was over $800 and clearly not worth the price we paid for the quality of work performed. We are sadder but wiser customers with respect to grout cleaning.
Our carpets have never been this clean. We've had other carpet cleaners come and clean our carpets, but after a few days you could see the stains. Thank you for such an awesome job the gentleman that came to our house was very nice.
The quality of service is superior to any other carpet cleaning companies that I have used before. Carpet looks like new after cleaning, and all odors were eliminated. It's amazing how even tough stains can be lifted up and removed.

My biggest frustration was customer service. Having called months ago, I was not pursued as a potential customer. When a rep failed to reach me one time no further attempts were made so I used another company. This time I called and waited for my turn to speak with a scheduler but was sent to voice mail. I left a message but no one returned my call. I called again about 6 hours later and finally connected with a scheduler. Once I received the confirmation e-mail it was loaded with potential add-ons which our technician chose not to implement. Our technician was fabulous and we love the job he completed. Thank goodness for a happy ending.
