I paid for the pet treatment for my daughters room and you can still smell urine. The carpet is only 2 weeks old.

CARPET CLEANING - Very pleased with the work that was done!

AIR DUCT CLEANING - Very Displeased with what was done! I would hesitate to even call it "work". Rather, Tim Colby did more harm than good to our A/C system when he was here last week. His actions changed the "balance" on our air flow, and we had to call out an HVAC technician to repair the damage done ($250.00 additional cost). Also, rather than removing several of the air ducts from the plenum, Tim simply cut large access "HOLES" into those ducts which was bad enough, but then he simply left those holes open so that those ducts were not sealed up! In addition to this, the ducts themselves were not cleaned well at all, since several of the ducts still have obvious black residue or even molded contamination!
I have made Brad from Zerorez aware of this situation, and in fact he came out last Monday to see the situation for himself.
CONCLUSION:
I have no intention of trying to "black ball" Zerorez, but in view of all that has transpired I do feel that the least that Zerorez can do at this point is to refund ALL of the charges except the $79.95 carpet cleaning charge.

I have made 4or5 calls to your company to have the person who cleaned my carpets(CHRIS Campis) call me.This was not a complaint as I told the persons the reason for my call. Why would anyone use you when your customer relationa are so poor.

It started with the immediate response to my inquiry. I had a representative from Zerorez on the phone giving me more information on their services no more than an hour after I requested information online. I had an appointment the next day for my carpet cleaning. The technician was courteous considering I had my 5 kids running around while he got the job done. I love the fact that my carpet was not only cleaned, but it was also sanitized! A BIG help during this flu season. I recommend Zerorez to my clients, my church family, and to anyone else that I come across needing carpet cleaning services!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We had you out to clean our carpets 1/18/13. This was the second time we have used Zerorez. The first time was great, we were very pleased with the service and quality of the clean. This time however, we are very disappointed. We feel like we threw away the $157 we paid for the cleaning today.

There was a problem with the truck that was sent out and the technician had to take it back to the shop. I received a call from dispatch after he left saying that they would send someone else to finish the job but they wouldn't be arriving for 6 hours. I told them that was not acceptable and needed it done before my children came home from school. The dispatch person said they would call me back in 10 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting for the return phone call, I called dispatch back and they told me that the original technician would be back within an hour.

The original tech came back within that time frame. Understandably he seemed a little frazzled and rushed. He very quickly cleaned our 4 bedrooms and hallway. After he was gone a while and I started walking around the house, I realized the carpets were saturated. (Not at all like the last time we had service; the carpets were almost completely dry within no time.) I turned all the ceiling fans on high and opened the windows.

5 hours later the carpets were still extremely wet! Now that larger areas have started to dry the carpets have a "crunchy" feel and I don't think they look any better than if we had used our own Bissell steam cleaner.

Our valuable time and money were wasted and that is very disappointing.

I really appreciated the professional attitude and appearance of the techs who came to work on my carpets. The couple spots I showed them that concerned me were treated special after explaining to me what needed to be done to get rid of them. I was very pleased with the job that day and the results days later.

The concept of leaving no detergent/chemical residue in your customer's carpet is extremely appealing, and the results are amazing! I particularly am pleased with the grout cleaning of my kitchen tile floor. It turned my then brown grout back to its original white color in what seemed to me to be a miraculous manner! This time I will take the advice of not using cleaners other than vinegar and water to clean my floor. The worker you sent convinced me that it was a build-up of chemicals that had changed the color of my grout, not an accumulation of dirt!

the equipment seemed a little old and the van was leaking water. The price of additional cleaning of area rugs and things like that was very high.

I had my carpets cleaned by you right before Christmas. I have a pet problem in one room where there is also a pet pad. I'm retired and living on limited funds. The guy that cleaned for me was named George and he did a fantastic job. He told me that as bad as the room was, that some of the order might come back after it dried. The total on this was over $500 while you are advertising 3 rooms for $89. That is a lot of money!!! A lot for anyone in this economy, much less someone retired. I book an appointment with George again because he did work hard to remove the smell and I felt like he would take care of it the second time around. I'm called just before the appoinment, and told someone else is coming. I cancel because I know George will do a good job and re-book again. The next week some young guy shows up and I ask, where is George. I'm told he no longer works for the company. This kid comes in, doesn't seem that knowledgeable. I told him we had to close the door most of the way for Christmas because of the odor which rose from the carpet after drying. However, there was a new spot where the kitty urine had not been removed well in the first place. So when he called in, he told whomever there was a new spot and he was told not to do anything. Well he had already told me he would do so he came in and did a rush job and ran out. He told me he would move three items back in for me since I am in physical therapy for a back injury. He said he would put things in the room on plastic. He left everything in my hallway for me to move back in - nothing was put on plastic - and he was in and out in 15 minutes or less. I would never have paid over $500 if I had not been told that he would come back if he didn't get it all out the first time. I feel that I was totally ripped off at 67 years of age and NO - I will not be recommending you to anyone as I spent alot of money for nothing!!!
