When the technician came out to take a look at the job and make recommendations, the prices were substationally higher than what was quoted on the phone. The price went from $150.00 to over $1,000.00! I honestly dont know anyone that would pay $1000.00 for carpet cleaning and stain removal in 5 rooms of their home. When I told the technician that I would replace it for that - he then gave me pricing and his personal information for installing new floors!!!!!! I was surprised that he was trying to take business from the company he worked for!! very unprofessional!! I will never use them, and I would never recommend their service. The only good part about the entire experience was the friendliness of your customer service/phones staff. They are great.

Very good cleaning job. I had an arrival window between 4-6 p.m. I received the 30 minutes call around 6:15 p.m. He arrived around 6:30p. A little late! This was a recall visit.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technicians were both very professional and nice however there were some areas of the carpet that still looked dirty once it dried. I had my first service on a Tuesday, I called on Thursday to talk about the outcome of the carpet and I wasn't able to get the carpet re-done until Monday. I was hoping that I could have gotten someone out sooner, maybe that night or even the next day since all of my furniture had been moved to make sure the carpet could be cleaned as easily as possible. I do sincerely appreciate them coming out again but maybe I could suggest, if you don't already have it, one or two technicians that are assigned only to re-doing or coming back out to a property so that it can be redone as soon possible, almost like an on-call person, no full schedule of cleanings just ready to go when the call is made, just a suggestion.

I was told drying time would be 2-4 hours, but it was closer to 6. Might be better to schedule appointments earlier in the day...

Other than that I was very pleased. Carpets feel and look great. My cleaner was friendly, courteous, and earlier than expected. I seldom recommend companies, but I have already recomended Zerorez to my coworkers

Be on time rather than 2 hrs late. AND NOT TELLING CUSTOMERS THEIR CARPETS AND FURNITURE would be dry in 3-4 hours.

The carpets looked great but I was not happy with the tile cleaning. My floors took 12+ hours to dry and there was so much residue from the sealant that I had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning the floors. I would recommend for carpet cleaning but not tile.

What do you like about our products and services?

While I do appreciate the environmental aspects of the products Zerorez offers, what I really loved was how informative and knowledgeable the cleaner, AJ, was. He was able to tell me step by step what he was doing, how the products worked, what the products were made of, why the products were better than other company's products, etc. He spouted off all of the facts and figures without sounding rehearsed ... you know, it didn't sound like it was forced, like he had memorized a bunch of words and was merely regurgitating it all. That showed me that he takes an interest in what he is doing and cares about what he is doing and believes in the products that he is using. I have always believed that when someone puts their heart into what they're doing, it will show in the results ... the results will be that much better, because the person has a vested interest in the outcome. And that was what I witnessed with AJ. I don't know much about carpet cleaning. I've never been in a position to use one. But when I did find myself needing one, I immediately thought of Zerorez, because I've heard Jodie Dean on KLUV talking about the company. A good friend of mine recently had her carepts cleaned, and, lo and behold, she used Zerorez and highly recommended this company. This was good enough for me. But not knowing anything about carpet cleaning, I felt like I was in good hands with AJ. I felt like I could trust him. And when you go into something not knowing a whole lot about it, this is a great feeling to have.

I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ZEROREZ TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS OR CO WORKERS. YOU ARE TO HIGH. YOU ADVERTISE A GOOD RATE, BUT WHEN THE TECH COMES OUT THE PRE TREATMENT IS OUTRAGEOUS - BUT TO CLEAN THE CARPETS YOU NEED THE PRE-TREATMENT, SO WE ARE STUCK TO PAY! IT IS ALMOST FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

While I liked Mike your technician he was very definitly heavy on the salesmenship. He arrived rather late as he was coming from Keller Texas (who does your dispatching?). When he started we agreed he would treat all of my carpets with pet stain remover. While he was initially cleaning the rug the hose broke and sent water spraying. He had to leave my home to go to the shop to get another hose and the one he brought back also leaked. Finally after we waited about 30 minutes someone else showed up with a third hose and they finished cleaning at 7 pm. This was on Monday afternoon/evening and as of today (Thursday morning) portions of my carpet are STILL wet. I was told it would dry in 4-6 hours. Additionally while the stains are better, the pet odor has increased in rooms that have closed doors that my pets have not been in since the cleaning. All I can figure is that you guys wet down my rugs, soaked my pads and made one room smell worse. I even spoke with owner's son about what sort of discount he was going to give because of all of these issues and I was told he had no authority to do anything because he wasn't the GM. Tacky guys! Don't give me someone to speak to about my issues unless that person has authority to do something. I am one unhappy lady!

Prompt service, courteous personnel. Even though the stains could not be completely removed from the carpet, another could not have done as well or any better than Zerorez. The best part was that it dried very quickly with no offensive orders or soapy residue.......A job well done.

If you are not going to make the time window given, then please call and let the client know an updated time. I waited from 1:30pm-6:15pm for service and did not recieve one courtesy phone call letting me know that you were running behind.
