I have white carpeting throughout my home. My husband and I moved here in 2008. We have used Zero Rez every time they needed cleaning. The technician cleaning my carpets did an outstanding job of getting them to look like they were brand new. I have always used Zero Rez and will continue to do so.

Jay was absolutely awesome, best job we’ve ever had done. He thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. Jay was very diligent about his work and was also very nice. One of the best parts about this is that there is no lingering smell or fragrance. The ease of booking the appointment and getting it done was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have their carpets cleaned.

Alex was SOOO kind and professional! He was very eager to please and to get everything as clean as possible. You have a real champ in him, and as a 40 year employer, I can vouch, GOOD employees who are as kind and professional as Alex, are a real rarity!
