Kourie was excellent
The cleaning rep did a great job getting rid of stains out of a rental property carpet that we both didn't think could be removed. Showed up on time, was very professional, and I am very happy.
Loved our tech!
I like the company does not use harsh chemicals. My kids lay on the floor and play. Also when I called the people on the phone have always been very polite and respectful.
Your technician was very nice, trustworthy and knowledgeable. While facing difficult with his equipment her showed great patience and ability to resolve the issue without raising alarm in me! That in itself is very applauding! But he also did a very great job at cleaning my carpets! His trustworthiness set me at ease to the point that, since we were running behind schedule, I felt very comfortable letting him just finish and let himself out!! Thank you Sir!! (Sorry can’t remember names well) but your service was very memorable!

Paul was courteous and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. He called beforehand to let me know his arrival time. He did not say anything critical about the age of our carpeting, and he was easy to speak with.

Excellent service and highly knowledgeable tech! He really took the time throughout the process to show me the status of my air ducts and blower boxes, making it very easy to understand what needed to be done. He also cleaned my dryer vent which hadn't been done in a decade! Highly efficient, friendly and I would recommend him to anyone!

My carpet looks and smells great. Making the appointment was easy and pleasant. I didn't have to wait for service. I got an appointment that fit my schedule right away. The young man who cleaned the carpet was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail the services available and what I could expect from each. He was very polite and seemed passionate about his job. He finished quickly. I didn't have to move any furniture myself. The whole process was so easy and pleasant. I will definitely be using Zerorez again and referring you to my friends.

Don't know anything about the products but what ever is being used it works. I never have any problem with the technician getting my carpet cleaned or getting out any stains.
We are 100% satisfied with our carpet cleaning experience. They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment in just a day. When Diamond came out he was punctual, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions.
Lastly, and most importantly the results were jaw dropping. The difference was night and day.
Pushy salespeople/service techs. Also, I believe I was overbilled. I had already selected the additional bedroom and was charged for two bedrooms for the 4th bedroom.
