My carpeting looks great, stains are gone - even the ones I made worse by trying to clean them myself. Very good customer service and price
Our Service Technician went way and beyond to make sure we had very clean carpets and were totally satisfied. He even got on the ground and smelled the carpet to see if one of my stains was a pet stain.
He did a great job.

Grout cleaning was great - I can't believe the difference. Carpet even feels different on bare feet.
I like that the carpets were so clean without leaving a residue. The men were polite and knowledgeable. However, one man (who had the least experience)did most of the work while the other spent time trying to upsell the services I had arranged over the phone. This is fine to a point. But I felt like the less experienced man would have benefited with more supervision. After they left, I found that my cedar chest was knicked in a significant way. I used a furniture "marks-a-lot" to cover the damage but it should have been brought to my attention by the workers. And I am still waiting for the filter I ordered.
Tim Moore did a fabulous job on our carpets. He was very knowlegable about everything he did and very polite. I have recommended your co to alot of people here in Trophy Club because I have used you before. zerorez is the ONLY way to go!

When the first tech came over to give us a free estimate, he did not write anything on paper, so I had to do that on the back of your advertisement. He worked up an estimate on his phone, but never gave us anything in writing from what he told us. We also showed him a spot in particular that needed removing. He checked it out and said it needed special treatment. After looking at all 3 rooms, he said he could clean that spot at no cost. So, again I wrote this down on the back of your advertisement. So, when the second tech(different person than the first) came to clean the carpets, he gave his quotes on that spot and another area we showed him.
There was no communication to the second tech from the first tech who did the free estimate that he had told us the one spot treatment would cost nothing, so we ended up paying quite a bit more. Then when I spoke to the manager, he said he talked to the first tech and he denied telling us about not charging for the spot cleaning, making us look like liars. The second tech did a great job and the carpets look wonderful, but I am not in the habit of lying and do not appreciate the insinuation of such. Here's an idea, have your free inspections done in writing and left with the customer, so they & your office will know what has been discussed and quoted by the technicians who come to people's homes.
Well mannered employees and Easy to talk to while explaining what I wanted done. One issue I currently have is that I heard your advertisement and endorsement on Dallas's KLUV's radio station. I thought this came with a $100 gift certificate to Fuller's jewelry store. I asked about it when your tech processed my payment at the conclusion of the cleaning and he said it would be attached to my email receipt. I received the receipt via email, but there is no attachment or any link provided to receive this specific promotion. I did ask about this when I scheduled so I should have received it. Need to know how to obtain it. Other then that, I would highly recommend zerores to any of my friends or family
The staff acted professionally, arrived on time, were neatly groomed and polite. The rugs were cleaned quickly and I was given "booties" to wear until the rug was dry.

Zerorez seems to operate with a pretty good business model: good follow-up after initial inquiry, reasonable pricing, friendly and helpful service on the phone as well as the technician, Brandon,who I'm almost positive is the same young man who came out the last time we had the carpets done. You would do well to have lots of Brandons working for you.
My room still smells like pet urine. I paid an extra $50 for the enzyme treatment and after several days and opening up the room to air it out and get the cleaner scent out, now I can still smell pet urine. Very disheartening after paying $147.00. Also, I did not receive the Fuller's gift certificate. I'm reading your invoice now and it says I received a Non-guaranteed pet treatment and that if smell persists a full pet treatment and pad replacement will be needed. This was not explained to me at the time of service. I was led to believe the enzyme treatment would be effective.
it took stains out that were never able to come out
I feel like it wa s bait and switch. Couple stains and an additional 245.00 brought my bill to 375. For 2 bedrooms hallway and dining room. Just seemed underhanded. I wss out of state until today and my daughter was handling this for me. I should have declined the service and shopped around. Did not seem lime a transparent transaction.

cleaned often, but they never look really clean. We were
amazed at the results. Look almost new.
I was very happy with the way my carpets and tile looked after they were cleaned. Unfortunatly the carpet that was cleaned for Empire Carpet that was only 15 months does not look and better than before it was cleaned. The carpet still is crushed down and in the major traffic areas very worn. The carpet cleaned upstairs that has been in the house since it was built five years ago cleaned very nice. The technician that came to our house, Anthony, was very informative, polite, and knew his stuff. I have used numerous carpet cleaning services over the past 40 years and have never had such great service provided for me as was provided by Anthony. It's hard to find such dedicated and hard working young men in today's society. I believe you have a gem in this young man again I can not say enough good things about his work ethics or his behavijor while in our home. Thanks again for such a good experience. Name removed
The techs that came to my house were early and were able to complete the job quickly. They were also very knowledgable about the services that are offered
The technician was more concerned about staying within a high-pressure timeframe than thoroughly cleaning the carpets. After being told a different technician would complete the redo, the original person returned (with an additional employee). While he eventually agreed to reclean the closet/living room & baseboard areas, this was an unpleasant end to what we had hoped would be a wonderful experience based on the radio commercials. Unfortunately, Zerorez did not live up to our expectations and we still have stains on our carpets.
