How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When my wife came home I told her “we the carpets cleaned” and she said "it doesn't look like it". That about sums it up.
AND I agree it doesn’t! There is no differentiation between the areas cleaned and those not cleaned. Ok we did get out most of the one “pet stain” for an extra $45.
To be fair Chris was very nice, helpful, and professional. He worked hard and did what appeared to be a thorough job. But the method was ineffective. Not his fault!

It is not for me to say what you can do to put it right. Making the carpet look clean would be a good start.

Mike #1. Polite, efficient and thorough.
Feel of the carpet is clean, a 20 year old, high use living room carpet is virtually spotless. 500-600 hundred people have eaten dinners in that room.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He communicated his expected arrival time and set to work immediately after getting the idea of the scope of the job. He completed the work very thoroughly taking great care to address any trouble spots. The carpets look marvelous!

Your carpet cleaning system works. We have use Zerorez four times. Until this last time, the technician spent time doing a great job. This guy spent his time trying to sell me protectant and telling me that they don't make carpet like they used to. He was out of here in a flash! I did ask him to try to clean one small spot again and he got the stain out. I hope he is the exception to your usual very nice techs. I would still recommend your company.

What could we do to improve?

If it is on the work, I would be very likely to recommend.
If it is on the scheduling, I would not recommend. I think a three hour window and then not making it, is not good. I was sitting in an empty house from 8am to 1pm, before the tech showed up. I booked the job about 2 weeks out and made it clear that I needed a morning appointment. Showing up at 1pm is not a morning appointment! I was called about 8:30am and told there was trouble with the truck and it would be closer to 11am when the tech would arrive. I was willing to live with that. When no one had called or shown up by Noon, I called. Then I was told that the job before mine was taking longer than expected. I specifically made it clear I needed a morning appointment then a job was put in front of me. I am not sure if there was ever a "truck" problem or not. I definitely feel like I got the run around from the sceduling area. The tech who showed up was very apologetic and did a great job.

Very dissapointed in results. I could have done a better job with my own steam carpet cleaner and saved myself $200 dollars

Jefferson was very professional and did a walk through both before and after to check out carpet. He was a very hard worker and made our carpet look great. He took great pride in his work and it shows!

Because our carpet was newer I did not feel like the technician took the time to get into some of the corners. He also did not move some of the small furniture. He just went around it. I also did not like that he smelled of cigarette smoke. There is nothing worse than getting your house cleaned only to have it smell worse than it did to start out with. Sorry but not happy this time around.

My service call was scheduled for between 11-1:30 however, the service tech showed up at 8:40am. Its a good thing I was already ready for him! other than that, JB was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. I will be using your company again in the future.
