I thought the extraction process would be a little more efficient. It took over 24 hrs for my carpet to dry. Good results though.

We like that it is not a thick sudsy cleaner. Doesn't leave a sticky soapy residue on the carpet. We also love the spot cleaner.
I called at the last minute and your team was able to get to the property in a timely matter however I was quoted around $180 over the phone and my client paid over $220. The job was not that big I feel your prices are very high and the amount quoted was not the amount paid.

The carpet still looks really clean - no residues and with other carpet cleaning / the carpet stains came right back once dry. Fresh, clean smell.

Excellent cleaning!! Carpet looks new again!! And no nasty after-smell. Nice and clean. And Roy, our professional, was WONDERFUL!! He took great care in doing a perfect job! And was a really nice guy. :)
I have never spent $1300.00 to have my carpets cleaned, and I never will again. I only have carpeting upstairs and a area rug and four runners downstairs. I felt that $600.00 for the pet treatment and $300.00 for my wool area rug was very expensive, and that was with a 30% discount. I blame myself for not getting a quote ahead of time, but the men were here and I had moved the furniture - so I agreed. The entire job was done in less then 2 hours, at $650.00 an hour - that is quite a profit. Name removed
There was a pet problem in one of the rooms that I had done originally. I paid a lot of money to have the odor removed and after drying, the odor returned. I think the man's name was Morgan but I am not sure. He took his time and removed the odor and it did not return. I appreciate his time and the effort that he made in doing the job. Please let him know that his efforts paid off, no more problem. I would also like to have his name for when I clean my carpets again. Thanks

Technicians were very educated about their services, polite and knowledgeable about carpets and flooring. We had our entire house done with six rooms with carpet and a lot of tile. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely uses your services in the future!

We have had our carpet cleaned in the past by other companies, and told certain things could not be removed. ZeroRez got them out. The tech that worked at our home was very professional. Our carpet hasn't looked this good since new.

Service tech was very good....personable and professional.....explained what he was doing.....and why Zerorez was different from other carpet cleaners........and he was right.....less drying time, carpet looked close to new.........I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ZEROREZ...........if your marking dept is interested, I can explain how they can advertise in our Homeowner's Association color newsletter....which goes out to 223 residents....4 issues a year. .....around $50 to be in all for issues...space size of that of a business card....larger ad space available.......This is one way how we spread the word of recommended service contractors.
